How to eat a nectarine, how to cut a nectarine fruit, how to remove the pit also called a stone from nectarine or peach, how to peel a nectarine. You can get white flesh or yellow flesh nectarines. They are firm and have a sweet and tangy taste and is aromatic and intense in flavour. Once you learn how to do all the above you can apply the same principles to peaches.
Nectarines and peaches are both members of the same species, Prunus persica, but they have some key differences. Peaches have a fuzzy skin whilst nectarine has a shiny smooth skin. Peaches are softer and sweeter in flavour. Both are low in calories and rich in vitamins A and C, fibre, and antioxidants.
