You can play Altered on Board Game Arena with an Account. Right now, it's just the Starter Decks, but they are working on basically bringing any deck to BGA (probably once the deck builder on Altered's official website is live, so after the official launch of the game). Their plan is to use BGA as their official online client (but there is also ExAltered, a fanmade client, and Exalts Table, also fanmade where you can play with friends via a webcam)
They partnered with boardgamearena. Right now you can play on there with the demo decks. Once the game releases you'll be able to upload your decks and play against other people who've uploaded their decks.
BGA will be the official version for a while, with the option to play with your account collection (also Uniques). As unofficial tool, ExAltered will be great with all cards but Uniques unlocked
