Nice work guys! Wild and Wonderful! Thanks for sparing us the "swimming in boxers" portion, I didn't have my breakfast yet 😂😂. I hope you guys remember every moment together, as I said my final goodbye to my best buddy last week after over 40 years of fishing and hunting and lighting the world on fire. True friends are hard to come by, and you guys are truly blessed. Tight lines bros!
Muskies usually want those gliders much faster. Pike like the pause. Obviously there are exceptions but that's why the fish half way thru came hot and stopped because it was too slow
Great fish and patience is absolutely necessary to catch those monsters . Love the videos and will start fishing for these giants in western Pa. Currently addicted to Erie Steelhead .
Epic video as always! Was this in PA or did you make a trip South? That river looks a little too pretty for Western, PA haha. Either way awesome video, epic spot! Ya'll worked hard for that big fish in the end!
Yes it does. I actually lost it a couple weeks ago so it’s not used in this video, but you can see a circular area of water dead center in front of the camera lens where it totally cuts the glare out.
Are u guys in pa? I started fishing the conemaugh river near johnstown pa for predator fish. Been using big jerk baits. Caught 3 trout over 20 inches. 2 rainbows and a big brown. Had a pike or musky follow my lure to the bank one day. And had something grab my lure and completely stripped a spool of 12 pound test. Litterally couldn't stop the fish. Have it on video. Guessing it was a musky. Don't see a carp hitt9ng a massive swimbait. But then again u never know
I’d have to name my 3 confidence lures so far: fat az stinger, fat az raptor, and the lake X fat B…I have not gotten good with any deeper//rubber bait yet…
@@absoluteunitmedia The alien eel by savage gear gets tore up on these type of rivers when the water is stained. just figure 8 at the bank for a whole minute 🤙
Nice job getting down in the rock and tip in the water. Great catch. Great reward for putting your time on the water. Cmon!
Cmon
Great persistence and team work on landing that beautiful musky!
Thank you!!!
Bro’s head cam looked like a COD character out of stamina as he ran over to net your fish 😂
Great work guys and awesome fish!

I have that same set up, Tranx with a mojo musky, landed my biggest at 43” on that bad boy. That was a beautiful ski! 🎣

Thanks bro! Did you catch any nice smallies?? All I ever catch or see are like max 12”
Nothing with any size to them . But I caught a bunch of them
Would u care to share where this river is? Trying to see if I am anywhere relatively close to
Nice 🎉🎉

You got merch or sum really love the channel
Sheeeeittt I think you’re the first person to ask that. I’ll keep you posted
How do you like that reel ? is it a high speed good for burning bucktails ?
Yes I like it,..it gets like 40” of line per turn but I don’t use bucktails that often
Nice, watch for ticks
Yep. I caught one on my neck before it bit…

Most likely wv
"The chances are getting more chancey" 🤣 💀
Made sense lol
Awesome video guys, nice work! Do you like the polarized filter for gopro? Do you think it lets you see the follows better?
Yes it does. I actually lost it a couple weeks ago so it’s not used in this video, but you can see a circular area of water dead center in front of the camera lens where it totally cuts the glare out.
@@absoluteunitmedia awesome I might pick some up down the road!
What blue rod is that? It looks so nice!
Thanks….it’s a st croix legend tournament musky rod
What size net do you use on your Kayak?
Same net as I use here. It’s the smaller stowmaster musky net but the heavy duty bag replacement.
that musky was so strong he ripped your pants!
Lol

Not in this video but usually, yes. Sounds like you’re having some good action! Could be a big pike too I know they’re in there
What's your favorite musky lure?
I’d have to name my 3 confidence lures so far: fat az stinger, fat az raptor, and the lake X fat B…I have not gotten good with any deeper//rubber bait yet…

Thanks! I will look into that I’ve heard of it
What color fat b do you use?
It used to be Ragin Cajun before all the paint came off
If I were you I'd be looking for a new net man.
Haven't been fishing in a few days, got poison ivy allover my face and neck from setting my net on the ground ...😅
Get well soon..
@@absoluteunitmediathanks dude, your videos the closest I can get to being out there rn. Stay out the shitweeds and keep hammerin em bud 💪
Come on. Catch one. Lol
I know, right 😆
U guys dont relize that place is most infested copperhead area in wv according to snake biologist,,ive also found many there .
Went camping with the dog and kids on the New years ago and stepped on a copperhead wearing crocs. Miraculously didn’t get bit. Thick as my forearm.
You are playing the fish to hard then losing them at the net as they aren’t ready to come to the net
