I am looking at lots of videos of this right now I just used a bottle of mine with a scalpel and am timing how long it takes to drain I've got about 1mm holes on two sides of it and I think it's draining too fast probably will be empty in about 10 minutes but I'm going to try taking some twine and forcing it through the two holes and see if that slows it down to where it takes hours to drain the 1.5l bottle. Ideally I want it to water continually for at least 24 hours but 72 hours would be better (too slow and my plants won't receive enough daily water and too fast and I will have to be refilling these too often and the plants will get too much water).

Dripping water through chemically made foam? I'm not sure about that one.
