this song gives me goose bumps everytime
god...this song is almost too perfect. this is the best live version i've heard yet. they nailed this entire YM launch.
I chose a word from countless of them to talk a little about this band that was part of me and many.many old bands are still playing. I don't understand why it ended up like this. today these days I don't see silverchair anymore. for to me it is a sad memory.
I am proud to say I listen to this band since the beginning
This is exactly what I think. I especially like the beginning of thieving birds, it is so calm and beautiful.
Just a Master Piece, Beautiful!
Hell yeah, me too back in '95! Such a cool band.
Just wonderful!
Best silverchair song ever and almost the best song ever!
this is just astounding. this entire show is far and away the best they've ever sounded. but this rendition of tuna in the brine is just orgasmic. my one wish in life is to be able to write a song this perfect.
One word. Beautiful.
i'm a riff head, i still appreciate all of Silverchair's music! :P
This song is gennious...... Sooooo strong....
Don´t have words to describe it....
that great group!!!!! the interpretation is so powerful and brilliant... like always... Daniel, Ben & Chris are ... no words!!!!!
and I love this song... "Don't lose you're heart, you'll need it"... clever
this is one of the best songs from diorama.
This is how Daniel got his groove back.
Yay!
I'm enjoying the fruits of their labour :)
....amazing
Who's still loving this song in 2024?
yessss me hello friend! literally just commented "who else here" on the previous track on this playlist. i can't believe this performance is 17 years ago, and this song is like 20+. it still sounds so fresh.
@@ashleyragus7481hello to you too friend. Nice to know we aren't alone. Daniel, and don't forget the band, were very special. They pumped out some amazing music. This, with emotion sickness will always be my faves. They warm the soul.❤
sigh.
I just fucking love his face, man.
I also think the brilliant 'Those Thieving Birds' also qualifies
AMAZING :)
Reminds of everything good.
if beethoven wrote rock songs, i think it would sound similar to this. AND you're right, this performace was beyond amazing. way better than the diorama DVD if you've heard that one. hopefully, i will see silverchair and muse in the same day @ lollapalooza in chicago...$80. along with regina spektor (who is amazing too) and many other bands.
friggen awesome
This is the best silverchair song. Suck it riff heads.
I don't know if I like Daniel's reduced amount of vibrato or his new tone. But incredible nonetheless.
Just occurred to me if Daniel became new singer of QUEEN it would be amazing!
Foda! Fantastic!
temazo
dioramaaa :)
i listened to "silver"
honestly...not bad. not really amazing...but there were some very cool moments. love the outro. lots of silverchair-ish unconventional chord progressions there. :)
his voice changed a lot after he started smokin'!
but he still is fuckin' great!
that video proved me at last, that daniel has't lost his voice completely. he still has some problems, but they are not that big as i thought (other pieces from young modern lounch sound lot worse :(). and i saw HIM at last (yeah, he's still the sam good old dan).
man, i love ben with his mouth wide open like 3yearold ;)
singing better now
lol friendly relationships with fish
@igehring me too ;)
Well, this song isn't from young modern! It's from Diorama:)
any chance i could get the video of this show from you?
@poscarini hahahahaha your comment got removed??? n00b hahaha
Painting a lie seein' the colors but you seem closer to everything... closer now than we ever have been
LOVE IT! it sends shiver down my spine everytime!
