The Phnom Penh-Siem Reap-Poipet Expressway Project has a total road length of approximately 420 km, starting from the north (Win-Win Boulevard), Phnom Penh and ending at Poipet, Banteay Meanchey Province (Cambodia-Thailand border).
The third expressway will be built through Phnom Penh, 3 km long, Kandal province 18 km, Kampong Cham province 43 km (1 diversion road, 1 service area), Kampong Thom province 131 km (road Redirect traffic 3 service areas 4) Siem Reap province 130 km (5 traffic diversion roads, 1 service area, 1 parking lot) Banteay Meanchey province, 95 km (1 traffic diversion road, 1 service area, 1 parking lot).
In total, the Phnom Penh-Siem Reap-Poipet Expressway project has a total of 10 diversions, 7 service points and 2 parking spaces).
So far, the Phnom Penh-Siem Reap-Poipet Expressway project, the construction company has studied and completed traffic volume survey, hydrological survey, geotechnical survey. (Topographi cal survey) The study of cultural relics and nature reserves survey has been completed.
Currently, CRBC has been studying, preparing, summarizing, evaluating and concluding at the office, and will be able to submit to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport to prepare further procedures before submitting to the Royal Government of Cambodia for future review.
It should be noted that CRBC has been authorized by the Royal Government to invest in the construction of the Phnom Penh-Siem Reap-Poipet Expressway project, as the company has international experience and recognition on the study and construction of large infrastructure, as well as experience in construction and construction. Businesses on the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway project have been investing in the construction of the Phnom Penh-Bavet Expressway, while other foreign companies are also interested in Cambodia's expressways.
Technically, this road is the same as the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville-Phnom Penh-Bavet expressway project, with a four-lane road, paved with concrete (AC), the width of the road is 24.5 m. There are 4 traffic lanes (2 lanes to 2 lanes), width 3.75 m. Park divides traffic in the middle of the road, 3m wide. Emergency stop lane width 2.5 m. And sidewalk width 0.75 m. Having studied the speed of 100 to 120 km per hour.
The project is divided into two phases: Phase 1, Phnom Penh-Siem Reap, 249 km long, costing about 2.5 billion, and Phase 2, Siem Reap-Poipet, 151 km long, costing about 1.7 billion.
