In todays Vlog we spend another magical day in an Orlando and head over to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park as well as having an evening meal at Chili’s! 🌶️

I was in the Disneyworld area over 25 years ago, when I was a kid....I recall the fun park Typhoon Lagoon but I wasnt able to visit it for some reasons, I mean I am amazed it is still there after so many years!
Awh I’m glad this video reminded you of your lovely memories from all those years ago! And yes Disney has kept on expanding year on year!! Originally when Disney bought the Florida land it was just Magic Kingdom that opened in 1971. But they’ve kept expanding and now have 4 parks, 2 water parks and more than 25 Disney resort Hotels!! 😊
@@WanderlustWilce It's a pleasure! Actually, I think the specific park dedicated to the Disney characters, was opened in 1972, for when I was there they were celebrating its 20 th b-day (1992.... fun fact, Disneyland Paris was opened the same year april 92 ). In regards to the Typhoon, the place must have been close to the place we were staying in, for I recall looking at an advertising map of the place (prolly the reception gave it to us), I only recall the drawing of a huge pool with artificial waves and over the far side of the pool, there was a small fake mountain with a submarine on top of that, am I wrong? 🙂

@@pulse4503 yep that’s Typhoon Lagoon alright!! And there’s a big lazy river that runs the whole way round the outskirts of the park!
Ohhhh Typhoon Lagoon is my favvv 🙌🏼🌊 … chillis looks lush never been there, great value for money x
Typhoon lagoon is such a relaxing much needed day after all the full on park days! And oh my gosh you’ll have to try Chili’s next time you go! It’s our family favourite restaurant in Florida so we always try and go at least once during our holidays 😁🌶️ x
I think that place was opened in the 80s....truly amazing is still there
