How many days?
The pace of the reading was just right allowing me to savour each word and grasp meaning better. Ephesians is so full and deep. It is my prayer that all who read and listen may get fro the Lord Jesus..the spirit of wisdom and revelation and to KNOW Him and the POWER of His resurrection!!

David Suchet's words make the Bible alive and relevant. I've been listening to the chapters and my plan is to study them from the Bible while it's fresh in my mind.

I only listen to David. No one can speak so eloquently, and yet makes understanding of Christ’s love through his words I can visualize my relationship with Christ. It’s amazing how gifted David is an anointed.

I like this version and his voice and I don't doubt his faith - but I am conflicted that its not done in KJV ... Am I .. Im not sure how to ask this but is it wrong to listen to any other than KJV.
3 months later! No, you won't be condemned for seeking the Truth. Jesus told us to seek and you'll find. Knock and He'll open. Ask and it'll be given to you. We are seeking the Truth when we are searching the different translations for the Truth. KJV, NASB, ESV, NIV - keep seeking for the Truth and you'll be fine. I search the KJV and NASB1995 and ESV for the Truth (with the Interlinear Hebrew and Greek) but listen to the NIV while I sleep. My point is, don't pick a translation and be dogmatic about it. Search the scriptures and be lead by the Spirit. "KJV only" will limit your understanding of God's Word. KJV isn't perfect by any means. So search all the translations and compare with the original languages to come closer to the Truth. God Bless and God speed

@@jenicarter4190 wow Jeni, I'm truly humbled! I forgot I even sent this message. Your response just further verifies that God is so Good! I am nobody, and God has used this nobody time and time again for His Glory. I wish I was smart, wise, gracious. Our Lord is the source of such things.
I really, truly hope you're doing well and walking faithfully with the Lord. We serve an amazing God who is rich in mercy and grace. He deserves the honor, glory, and praise. He leads us beside the still waters and He nourishes our soul. I pray God shows you more and more about His love for you and how to extend that Love to those around you (both the saved and the lost). Shine your light in the midst of all this darkness and don't ever let the enemy put it out.
