- So I was wicked tired when I recorded this (you can probably tell!), I’d had a challenging week.
I was inspired to share this channeling because I’ve been working with this therapeutic combination of holding a shungite bar in my receptive hand, and my soapstone bar in my dominant hand, and the energy really helped to carry me through!
It’s revitalizing, purifying, and stabilizing. Perfect for anyone going through a stressful phase, burnout, or overwhelm.
The combo was introduced to me by my reiki healer, @morningstar_healing, who found them at a gem show (you’ll need to Google to find places to buy).

A friend suggested shungite to me but as I was going through chemo at the time I was worried about using a stone so powerful (I've had negative reactions to amethyst in the past). I bought the rods and started using them in my meditations, feeling assured the shungite wouldn't overwhelm me that way.. They got me deep and I do think they helped me with my healing. It is good to hear that my Guidance was validated here and that the soapstone was helping to offset some of the excesses of shungite.

Wow! This channeling is perfect timing! I just ordered a set for myself last week and am patiently waiting for their arrival from Russia! I asked my guides a few days ago should I use the Shungite in the receptive or dominant hand and you’ve perfectly confirmed my intuitive guidance! I bought these a few years ago so I could do Jason Quitt's Egyptian Postures of Power. Sadly I have never followed through with that and the stones have been sitting on my bookshelf. I have my clients hold shungite and clear Quartz in their hands while I do energy healing work on them. But I love the info you channeled and I am going to cleanse and charge my shungite and soapstone cylinders and try them out with my clients. I would definitely be interested in hearing anything else they say to you. This was totally fascinating and resonant! Thank you!

Most of my little carved animals are soapstone. Would this not work? Plus i have raw and bracelet forms of shungite, is there reason for cylinder shape?
You can give it a try and see if it works, it’s about the frequency of the crystal, however the shape does affect how the energy is channeled.
Would you say these bars were good for fighting the coronavirus?
