Is a lie I also school in the University of Ghana , and I can tell you that all universities in Ghana is not as big and fine as Nigeria, and besides is not all about fine or is it fine you want to eat and not learn

I have been to KNUST in Ghana, it blew me away. But I do not think Nigerian universities are like secondary schools in Ghana. I also went to a Ghanaian secondary school. It wasn't close to this. So pls stop exergerating.
