Nice video. Glad you got it working. If you have to do it again, I would make a couple of suggestions. First, when you remove the center magnet section just take the big nut off the shaft and leave the three nuts holding it together Alone. Next after you get the magnet section off, don’t disassemble the three coils. Just take the nuts off of the three large bolts at the back of the housing. Then you should be able to lift the outer aluminum ring, and the three coils off as an assembly. When you put it back together just go in the opposite order. I think that will save quite a bit of time.
right! but why even touch the stator assembly. just disassemble the rotor from the shaft.

Ahh, a girl after my own heart. Pull a motor to pieces and replace the bearings. It usually fixes most problems, unless we're too late - then a rewind is required. The coils on that little hydro-genny looked brand new, so all good in that department. I'd be doing it in a workshop though, rather than my front porch, with all the right tools.

Saludos. Es bonito ver estos videos. Me gustó mucho, algo que me fije es que no usas grasa para evitar esos problemas. Es recomendable el uso de algún aceite para que las partes no se calienten y se rompan. Usar grasas donde haya mucha fricción es bueno para su reparación.

Вячеслав,тут дело в том ,что подшипник был заменён закрытого типа с металлическими пыльниками.Потому туда добавить смазку затруднительно.

It is not the right way to take away he ball bearing without putting some grease or lubricant, in order to make the bearing running smoothly. Take note that in future must apply lubricant. Thanks.

Always use WD40 and lubricants for this kind of work that will make it a lot easier, but didn’t see it in this video.

Professional toolboxes contain a brass rod to hammer wheel bearings in position, if brass rod is not available, a piece of hard wood would work nicely.
All bearing fit aren't the same. Looks like those bearing don't have much interference fit.
@@johnmiley458 In tight fit situations, I have replaced some bearings by placing them in dry ice overnight. Such a case was the bearings of the propeller shaft of a ship.
