What one thing would you have changed about DMZ?
Not get rid of 6 man squads! It was fighting them
A solo mode would be cool. I miss the 6 mans at times too and I really liked the night time version.
it should have been either faction based pvp or pve with the option to voluntarily pvp by switching from offensive to defensive mode so not everyone is trying to kill you while doing your missions.
@@ThirtyPack.But that's like GTA was people would abuse that and go. Like a ghost no offensive can't kill them. They can't kill you then they switch it and fire at you and switch back. 👎
@@ItzDMZMedic lol of course you are already thinking with the GTA mindset. That's not how it would work. You would obviously have a certain time to transfer and would not be able to fire at friendlies if you are a friendly yourself. Plenty of games have used a similar mech with 0 problems 🙏😎
I doubt we will see it this year but you have to assume that either COD or a competitor will pick this game style up. Clearly it’s very popular and there is a demand for something other than battle royale.
They have and they will. Yes activision so stupid rich doesn’t even bother them they wasted this.
We have Delta force coming out and from what have heard is that are dmz devs working on that game so who knows if Activision will be get a fire under their ass and update dmz to become a competitor of the extraction shooters again.

They have to bring back DMZ. Its the only fresh thing CoD has done in decades.
I have never seen this brought up but i would have loved to keep the active combat zones from season 5 it was an area with great loot plus if solo not many players would wander in to fight you because of all the bots.
Need more map variety for DMZ too, always a fan of rainy, snow and night time maps. Add some weather events. The sand storm was kinda cool but did so little.

The case should give an extra perk on exfil.
Nothing will ever recreate season 1 DMZ vibes. The constant unknown, something so new to so many players…. That said, I felt like the game mode evolved incredibly over the seasons. Just having mission resets and new rewards would have gone a long ways to keep the mode alive today. It blows my mind that it’s not talked about at all in terms of future plans. It would also be completely ruined by the sweat level movement of MW1 or MW3, so I’m fairly condident nothing will ever amount to DMZ
Weapons case idea #567 - Make it part of the Barter recipe system. Maybe something you can't get otherwise like a supply drop with guaranteed loot.
Make plate carriers HARDER to specialize by adding the requirement of having a 3-plate to begin with.
Perk where you can hear enemy comms from further ranges and/or visual indicator on screen or compass
Bring back 6-mans, but nerf them. No killstreak use, live tracking, etc.
New bosses. Constantly being updated and modified. They are so scary when new, but now so few are actual threats.

Man call of duty has really done it for themselves. If call of duty had just stuck with mw 2019 and kept releasing store bundles and updates, they would have easily 4x the amount of players and probably more money. Every year a new game is copy and pasted and every year they lose more players. I loved call of duty 2019 and as soon as mw2 came out I was extremely hesitant to buy after spending $200+ knowing that all my skins were now worthless. Fuck call of duty man. This is a shit game and if your looking for a dmz expierince get on grayzone warfare.
I have had to do the weapons case 6 times out of ashika...as a solo player is stupid crazy hard

Dmz was always in beta I think they were just seeing how a game like dmz would do. And honestly I think it did just as good as warzone. I haven't played cod in like 8 years until dmz came out

I don't play DMZ anymore because you can't do any missions without a squad attacking you just to get kills
I said the large backpack was a bad idea in season one, it’s a huge target to aim above for the headshot especially if you’re running a rose skin.

5:21 Phix, have you ever used the Drexsom Prime-90 optic? Its thermal color palette can't be completely countered by anything in the game. I used to pair it with the spotter scope for insane long ranged sniper plays on Ground War, back in MWII. I really wish they would add the spotter scope to MWIII.

I'm so glad you mentioned only running a medium bag being better, because the large sticks out like a sore thumb. I play with the exact mentality. Alot of guys don't get it. If I only have a small, and large is readily available, I'll grab it. But if I have a medium, I'm good
Im happy they not bring dmz back to the new game cause it will just be the same bullshit give everyone time to get board sitting in the same building for 25minutes each raid to wipe one squad or in my case a solo lol and everyshot gun runner needs a platoon just shows their skill level tbh
Between the bots being beefed up so much , and the cheaters and campers . It's just not even enjoyable to play dmz anymore .
I agree … pretty much have quit playing … just get hunted down or killed by an exfil camper … extremely frustrating
That’s different bro cheating I can understand is annoying but exfoliating camping and other ratty plays are how some choose to play u gotta outplay them bring uav to pick out the campers unless they have stealth which is rare coz people don’t like to pvp with stealth vests easy to lose and hard to earn back
I’m always coming in with a single plate vest and maybe a half decent sniper… so as I hear “enemy UAV in the air” I know I’m finished… even swam way out in the water to get away… didn’t help… team killed me and then just left me… can’t do any missions anymore…. Game sucks now !
Imagine if you extract 10 weapons Cases in a row gets you a nuke but also everyone on map knows where you are when you get to around 6 or 7 weapon case streak in
Or what if they did weekly content drops within the weapons case, like new skins, camos, ect?

To be honest the aa rounds and the shotguns makes the game so dumb every one load outs involve sniper aa rounds and shotgun and a four storey building Ive literally uninstalled dmz cause no-one wants to have fun any more and break a few sets of plates the just panic firer their shotgun from prone position behind a door
Don't get me wrong Ive also got the shotgun on a 15minute cool down but I only use it in building 21 cause I have morals unlike 80% of dmz players now days
But it's what happens when streamers keep posting oh this meta oh you try this it's so broken so actually the got to blame the cod videos on social media for bring them to everyone's attention

Lol, the large backpack "stands out way too much"? This is the reasoning behind saying "the large bag is a detriment on every single level"? Can someone explain this? I've never heard this before and really the idea that you're going to be hunted more because players can see you have a large bag seems ridiculous. What's the thinking behind this idea?
Get rid of the special vests... Lots of problems solved.
Get rid of the aa rounds and shotguns you mean the vest aren't even any problem at all
Get rid of insured weapons and free UAVs from skins too
