He's the closest thing to moss that I've seen in years. He's definitely not as fast as Moss was... but the way he goes up for balls that shouldn't be catchable and comes down with them in ridiculous fashion. And he does it with this kind of consistency that makes it not seem real honestly. And then he's also one of the best technical route runners on top of it. Sometimes he gets so open that you'd assume there was a busted coverage or something but no.. he just flat out broke his defenders ankles at the stem of the route lol. It happens all the time. He's gotta stay healthy tho. I'd love to see him in the playoffs more often in the future.
I would say he's a better Chris Carter or Jerry Rice. Moss is too unique to compare anyone to. If you look at career yards moss is up there. But if you look at catches you have to scroll down to find moss. He could do in 3 or 4 catches what it takes people 7-9 catches.

The Vikings W/L record was 1-8 WITH Justin Jefferson in the lineup this season. Without Jefferson in the lineup, the Vikings were 7-1. It's the truth, look it up. What it tells us is that Jefferson is not as critical to this team winning as Kirk Cousins is and Jefferson is not worth as much as he thinks he's worth. Frankly I'd love to see the Vikings get some draft capital for him to fill the holes on the team and keep Cousins. THAT would carve the best path to the Super Bowl for the Vikings. WRs are not as critical a position as most people think and we still have Addison and 4 good tight ends. I wouldn't mind them trading Hockenson, either because Oliver, Mundt, and Muse have all performed really well. Hockenson would fetch additional and much-needed draft capital.

You get too good you get traded 👋 the Chiefs would not be in the Superbowl this year if they paid Hill. The Patriots would never have won multiple titles if they paid people what they were worth. I don't understand how people can't see this? Like how dumb can you be. The only positions you pay top dollar for are QB, DE, and LT. The thing is a lot of team's only care about marketability. They don't care to win a Superbowl they just want to fill the seats consistently and they know dumb fans will do that and believe they have a chance just because they have a few Hall of Fame caliber skill position player's. It doesn't work that way these days. Especially if you don't have a great QB on a rookie deal or you just have an okay or good QB . Which is where most teams are at. In that case you have to be even more careful not to pay super stars. Which is where we are ATM. We absolutely can not pay Kirk or JJ and hope to fill all the other holes. We need good drafting with solid starters that's it.

The vikings have one of the youngest rosters in the NFL assuming Kirk is gone, and one of the best cores of young talent eapeically on offense with jefferson, darrisaw, addison, hockenson, and O’Neill. We’re not worried and the fact that we almost made the playoffs playing 4 QBs and missing the best player in football not named Mahomes over half the season plenty of reason for optimism

JJ is the player you want to pay but you cannot do that for everyone unless they’re an absolute game wreck like an Aaron Donald, Patrick Mahomes, etc. I like Kirk Cousins and think he is passionate and talented but the window for the Vikings to actually make waves has passed. They cannot sign him and it’s important for everyone to realize that.
