Hi and thank you for excellent video. Is there any way how to connect blue tooth proxy to the WiFi extender? (different SSID, but connected to the same router via WiFi). I can access Home Assistant from my cell phone through the extended WiFi but did not find the way how to configure Blue Tooth Proxy which is in the remote area.

I read ESPHome, it says: "In this guide we’ll go through how to install ESPHome on a device using the ESPHome Dashboard, installed as a Home Assistant add-on." WHERE???? On my Windows PC? As a browser extension or maybe I should install some shtty linux? Use docker maybe? How??? Also this video starts by stating "Home assistance is already installed SOMEWHERE" WHERE? On the ESP? Or on my machine? I really can't believe that there are 8billion+ people out there and noone can create a decent tutorial except me and some indian folks...

Are you referring to HACS? No I didn’t. Any type of add on is essentially DIY on the container version. Mainly because the add ons themselves are also containers and the home assistant OS will orchestrate the containers for you.
Hey! thanks! You might need to manually set the IP address in the config. after setting it manually, upload with USB one last time then try wireless again.
Already done that, the device comes online much faster, but the update is not working. Everything seems ok in the logging, but the display won't show content.
Don’t feel too bad, it’s actually way harder than it should be. The best way is to add a service to ha that will act as a https termination point and proxy the requests.

Anytime I try to install firmware from HA, HA crashes. Using a Pi 4B w/1g ram and 2g swap on a SSD. Any idea?
That might not be enough ram. You can, however, compile the firmware then install it from the esphome site.

After i disconnect from usb, i can't upload again over wifi.
Ip is already manually configured.

Go to the esphome dashboard then edit the device you are trying to connect to. The key will be in the yaml file.
