Girls if you have excess facial hair, please bina apne gynaecologist, dermatologist ya endocrinologist ko bina puche koi bhi hair removal matt karwaana. PCOD ka problem ho sakta hai aapko so please ek bar consult karlena apne doctors ko. Speaking from personal experience. Kyuki agr aap bahar se clean karwaate rahogey uska koi benefit nahi rahega unless you are fine on the inside. 💙

Didi I use Johnson soap as cleanser , Johnson cream as moisturizer and a lip balm from nivea , also a body lotion from nivea for skincare. Can I continue with the same skincare or I have add more products?
Cause I don't use products like toner and sunscreen on my face.
