I recently became aware of a book called Adam and Evie’s Matchmaking Tour by Nora Nguyen that comes out on September 27th - I would love to see it featured.
Erin A. Craig has another book coming out. The Thirteenth Child, I know they featured her in the past. It comes out, I believe, on September 24th. I loved most of the ending of Dawson Creek. Thanks for the video.
PASS on anything by Sally Rooney. Normal People is one of the top contenders for books that have infuriated me during the whole reading experience. I read it before I started to DNF aggressively and I regret being a finisher at that time in my life because then I could sleep in peace without ever experiencing the toxicity of Connell and Marianne. (Yes, I’m still enraged over a book I read three years ago) 😂😂😂
I will take your word for it. I honestly have no interest in her books. And don't worry, I am still viscerally frustrated by certain books I read a while ago. Lol.
@@RescuesandReadsI’m really late but I loved it too! It’s super controversial because it’s very subtle and nothing really happens but those who like it LOVE it
I really hope they do feature Prime Time Romance as I loved Dawson’s Creek. It’s already on my wish list so I would love to snag it from BOTM at a cheaper price. Now I wanna go rewatch Dawson’s Creek again lol.
I'm interested in both thriller 📚 you predicted + also Matt Haig's new book. Enjoyed Laura Dave's 1st book. I hope Jesse Q Sutanto's new thriller You Will Never Be Me will be a Sept. pick or add-on. Loved her Vera Wong cozy mystery.
I don’t feel strongly about any of these choices. Curious to see what they actually pick this month to determine if it will be another month I skip. 🙃 If you were to read a Sally Rooney, I would start with conversations with friends. It had me hooked. Normal people I found to be meh. I don’t understand the hype for that one. Her most recent release Beautiful World, was a DNF. 😅 I think one thing to keep in mind when reading her books is that there are no separation is dialogue. No quotation marks just vibes
Lol!! I do not know nearly enough about Beverly Hills 90201 to comment but it's basically the same with me and Dawson's Creek. Even though Dawson was a whiny bitch and I liked Pacey, I don't know if Joey should have ended up with Pacey.
My husband and I are on opposite sides of this. My husband agrees with you though. 😂 He and I are always on opposing sides, same with Dawson's Creek, Gossip Girl, etc. LOL
Prime Time Romance sounds cute. As per Dawson's Creek, when I was younger and watched it, I hated the end so much!! As an adult, when I rewatched it, I appreciated it more and liked how it ended (aside from Jen, I will never forgive that 😭).
I feel the same as you about Laura Dave. Prime Time Romance sounds fun!
I immediately started rewatching Dawson’s Creek after reading Prime Time Romance. I loved that Joey ended up with the right person at the end of DC!
Thanks for this video! Love hearing your BOTM predictions.

For the September pick I am hoping to like something so that I can choose my backlist selections. Thanks for keeping us in the loop!
Looking forward to the September books!
I loved Leave the World Behind! I’d be happy to see Entitlement as a pick.
You are literally the only person I have heard say anything good about that book. Lol

I have all the DVDs! Lol

I personally don’t get the Sally Rooney hype, and seriously doubt I would pick up this new book of hers 🤷♀️
I’m not super pumped for any of these either. I have never read Sally Rooney and this one does pique my interest more but still meh.
It might be a month where I get 1 book and catch up on my tbr.
I was thinking that I might skip just so I can catch up a bit. There isn't really anything I am excited about

Not Dawson's Creek, but I am still not okay that Kelly ended up with Dylan instead of Brandon on the series finale of Beverly Hills 90210

I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't get the Sally Rooney hype lol!
Where They Last Saw Her sounds amazing, and I really hope it is a BOTM pick.

I read Normal People by Sally Rooney. Not horrible but a bland, mediocre read for me so will skip her new book.
It was a DNF for me
