What is possible error of no output.the on and off switch not functioning.if you connect d negative and positive to battery its automatic turn on the unit
im fixing a 2998000w inverter fishing and i wonder this is the same problem.because all parts are good.the voltage drop to 500volts ang no triggering of tyristor or scr. because reppetitive of tyristor is 600volts

U better try testing with incandescent bulbs 220v 100watts and above

I think yr problem is with thyristor please check if its shorted
Check diode reading between cathode n gate it should show above 150 readings
