    It worked for me!
    I have been using airdopes 148 for the past 3 years and today there was a sound issue.
    The volume was at 100% in my phone but the volume was very low from the airdopes..
    I unpaired airdopes from my phone and followed the first step mentioned here and it worked..

    This company products r not good ... I bought 141 few days age and come to a different country. Now my earbuds doesn't change with the case .

    My right one only charge upto 10% and if it show 60% then it will be 10% in 2 min. And i hear something in the case and when i open it. I have a crack and it open the battery side and now i cant close it. What should i do. Please Help.

    My left side of buds aren't getting charged like not light blinking and nothing i have tapped like 100+ damn times, but still the issue lies. Please help

    Heyy. It's still not working. once of my airdope stopped working for about 2 months then it recovered as the same but in a while when the case wasn't fully charged it suddenly stopped working again. I tried to reset it but it does not shows any led light on the airdope. How can i fix it ??

    I order my earbuds just 2 days back and the problem is when it is connected and if i receive the phone calls only I am able to hear the voice but my voice is not audible to the other person

    My issue is, the right side bud starts after 5 mins. Till it starts, the left side mal functions. The left one pauses n resumes the media or it just gets switched off

    Step 1 : Unpair the Airdopes from your Device
    Step 2: Perform Factory Reset
    How to Perform Factory Reset for Airdopes 141 ANC:
    a. Insert the Airdopes in the Case but do not close the Lid and press the button on the bottom of the case for 5 seconds, the LED on charging case will blink white for 5 times.
    Step 3: Close the lid of the case for 10 seconds
    Step 4: Remove both Airdopes and press on both Airdopes at the same time for 5 to 10 seconds
    Now connect with bluetooth.
    Hope this works🤩

    My left side doesn't turn on even after long pressing the bud. I've to keep one bud in my case and close it while keeping an eye on it whenever it turns on. I've already reset both buds twice yet the problem exist. What a crappy product!

      @@boAt-lifestyle Hello! I found the solution to my issue, it was the debris caught underneath my airdopes which wasn’t allowing the my airdopes to get charged. I cleaned it with a cloth. 😊😊

    BoAt airdopes 148 and 141 are both same. I am a 148 user. I bought a boAt airdopes 148 2 month ago. i always use my airdopes in medium volume. i facing some problem. i can use my airdopes 148 only 10-12 hours from fully charged case . but company recommended total playback time upto 45 hours. even occasionally when i picked up both earbuds and connect with my phone. then charging percentage are shown only 60-70%. i already reset it. but i cant solve this problem. how can i solve this problem?

      Bro 60-70%jo battery hoti h uske liye toh airpods ke niche charging wala port clean kr skte ho simply brush se ya match stick se or jo company 45hours ka playback deti h vo case ka hota h hum sidha 45hours tk use nhi kr skte ....agar 30-35hours case ke sath use kr paa rahe ho toh normal hai wrna warranty claim krlo

    The left bud is malfunctioning . It behaves like the sensor is always touched . And the mic issue still remains when on calls people cannot hear my voice because the mic of the earphone won't work. Its behind less than 3 months hardly.
    Please do something they're expensive

I thought it ran out of charging but when I plugged the cable it still showed 3 lights but when I removed the cable then again case stopped showing the lights. It's been more than 12 hours since it happened. I didn't detect any problem before.
