After reset the Eves kept dying trying to feed all the babies it was quite sad. When I got a chance to be Eve, I told babies sorry only two will live for now. It didn't last though another failed Eve attempt.

The game makes you feel it. However it's more like I could accomplish more if the child actually lived.
I had 2 miscarriages with in 6 months before my 1st child was born 3-4 years later

I once had a life where I had 15 babies. 11 of them died right after they were born.
