I listen to this podcast whenever I do chores. It's the reason why I don't mind doing them because I save these podcasts just for the occasion. Keep it up, guys! I thoroughly enjoy the content.
@@WildWestRaider Det-cord is a fuse, and calling it essentially c4 is misleading at best. Sips just called it as he saw it- a rope that burns on the end of a dynamite stick. Its cute. Take it from an old vet.
I know Sips said its freezing cold at the start, but I'm in Jersey right now and it is absolutely glorious. I know its like a week later but I hope he's enjoying the sun hiding in his evil dad lair
Pyrion with his very own lengthy tedious reddit opinion while simultaneously shit talking others is PEAK fuckin' Pflax. Edit: Also that "operater told me so" quip was hilarious and not a single person commented on it... kinda made it funnier.
My husband had me watch the Bo Burnhams cuz he loved it and I thought it was good. We introduced his sister and her boyfriend and they loved it. Tried our parents and they just didn't get it or enjoy it. So I think a lot of what he talks about really relates to a specific age group who can relate.
had a friends mom who had never had indigestion or acid reflux in her life and started having it regularly really bad like a full day then it would stop then a few days later another full day so she went to the doctor and found out she had been having small heart attacks based on the damage they found on her heart so thats also a sign with women apparently
The new Witcher game definitely will not feature Geralt as the protagonist. The endings for The Witcher 3 are pretty final. I'm not too worried about a new protagonist though. I had that reservation going into Red Dead Redemption 2 and Arthur Morgan ended up being one of my favorite characters of all time.
I hope it's ceri. Give her the witcher ending, and I think she'd make an amazing protagonist. Not only would she have the normal witcher stuff, but she would have the elder blood stuff for the devs to play with.
If we were going to give people numbers to use as names, wouldn't we do it like phone numbers? Start with a country code, then gradually get more specific, so most people in a given area would have the same beginning. Then in a lot of places, you could just go by the last few digits within your own area. (Do most countries do phone numbers that way past the country code? For landlines, at least. In the US, we have country code, then area code, then a more specific prefix, then 4 more digits. Within an area code, you can often start with the prefix, for a total of 7 digits.)
I believe the alien twin-stick shooter sips was talking about is Alien Swarm, which is pretty fun, and it was actually made by Valve. There is a sequel that I haven't played yet, and it was made by a different team I believe. Both Alien Swarm and it's sequel are free on Steam, which is nice.
Going off of what the first email on medieval teeth- We can look at the teeth the settlers of early American colonies like Jamestown, and determine how long they had been in the colony based on how rotted from sugar their teeth were- the long they had been in Jamestown, the longer they had been eating corn, which is much higher in sugar content than any staples of Europe.
As someone with a disabled sister I very much think Lewis is on the right line of thinking and Sips seems a bit aloof when they talk about the undateables. Lewis' comment about them being able to find someone in 'their world' is a pretty accurate description.
Good god. All the Matrix movies are fine! Including 4! It's like Pyrion has never watched an actually bad movie and his standards are sky high. Calling something trash feels like a serious accusation.. not something you throw at any random 7/10 movie.
as someone who deeply related to and loved Bo Burnhams "Inside" and hearing P-flax just did not get it at all is weird and makes me realize how stuff like mental health like that must not exist in most older people.
The problem with "I just want another Witcher game" is that there are like 3 games and 7 books about Geralt's adventures. To Pyrion it might seem like there isn't enough Witcher content, but in reality nearly all Witcher content has been about Geralt, and it starts to limit the creativity of story writing when every aspect of Geralt's life has been written about or played in games. The world of Witchers is a big one, which has wizards, soldiers etc. any one of whom could be the next protagonist of a "Witcher" game.
I imagine it’s because you weren’t necessarily picking up on the fan service. Cause I occasionally get taken out of the film when I recognize that something is there as fan service to me. I don’t really know why though.
I fall asleep to The Triforce; but not to new episodes. Same with Hat Chat & PP (especially PP, due to heavier visual content). I find the various accents soothing, even Simon's.
The worst take in over 200 episodes from Mr P Flax: “whiplash sucks” . I suppose he does have zero knowledge of and experience with the music world, but cmon, that movie is a cinematic masterpiece, right up there with goats like Birdman.
Idk. I don't think will Smith should be under the amount of attack he is right now. He clearly has been having a rough go of it, and while he shouldn't have slapped him, he was likely offended and not thinking clearly. On top of that, it was just that, a slap. No Haymaker punch, no full on body check, not even multiple punches or slaps. Just a single, almost gentlemanly slap.
wel i think if people were named 7,182,567,182 and so on, we would just call them by their first most relevant numbers that probably wont repeat alot.. like "7,182,567,182" would become 2 or 82 or 182 or 7182. depending on if you had a friend named 2, 82, 182 and so on. people would be like "hi my name is 182 but you can call me 2." and it would just be understood that it just wouldnt be people actual long name.
I like how the last few podcasts had some obscure title that made no sense without context, but this one is just Lewis Brindley of the Yogscast.
spot on m8
I fall asleep often to this podcast, but I'll then later rewind to the last thing I remember and relisten
this is the only podcast I don't skip through ads on, they make them so entertaining

Sips calling a fuse 'dynamite rope' made my day.
He might've been referring to det-cord which is essentially a fuse made of C4.

Anyone else here remember Sips’ Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 playthrough, it was fantastic, a good watch for the Summer
Mine was planet coast with the rock and bush placement streams.

Where can we email pyrion ? I'd love to send him some info about things said this week!
Theres this youtuber who has partly revived the Roller Coaster Tycoon scene on youtube. @Marcel Vos
Just because you like a channel doesn't mean everyone else does.
@@mikehitchcock5753 Nah man they were talking about reviving old things or something lol

So why're British teefs so shite..?
Genetics plays a heavy part when talkin bout teef
i thought that matrix 2 & 3 were pretty okay. they weren't as good as the first matrix, but i wouldn't call them "trash".
They had a number system for ppl during the 40s
Oh my god, that creepy guy near the end.
Yeah, the new witcher has to do with a completely different witcher school, the lynx
Damnit pyrion, you had to mention Encanto, and now I have we don’t talk about Bruno stuck in my head again…..
When Sips said “turf” at 30:30 my entirely-too-online brain interpreted it as “terf” and I had an instinctual anxiety spike
Fuck yeah
how do you email pyrion?
