Good lesson. Although I have to tell you that ListView is quite problematic and very limited compared to CollectionView. After looking at a few issues, like trying to solve the ugly orange mandatory color in item selection, you realize you shouldn't mess around with ListView
Both ListView and CollectionView are both commonly used controls for displaying collections. CollectionView offers more advanced customization options and flexibility. If you're looking for a higher level of control over the UI, CollectionView may be a better choice for your needs. I appreciate your interest in the topic, and I'm glad to inform you that the next video in this series will cover CollectionView. So, stay tuned for more information on how to utilize CollectionView effectively.

Thank you for watching the tutorial and for sharing your question! I appreciate your interest in the platform. Regarding your question, I'm pleased to inform you that .NET MAUI does have a native control called the "Picker" control, which serves as the equivalent of a combobox/dropdown control. The Picker control allows users to select an item from a list of options, similar to how a combobox or dropdown works in other platforms.

@@CodingDroplets It would be nice to see the Picker control in one of your next Maui videos.
We'll make sure to include a detailed explanation and implementation of the Picker control in one of our upcoming .NET MAUI videos.
