In these teachings the world is not considered real, nor is your body or mind, only "infinite conciousness" is real, and that can't be hurt in any way... And you don't need to fully trust everyone, like he said in the video you can see the other person's personality and respond appropriately, it's the difference between responding and reacting, reaction comes from ego and response from your true nature... These are the teachings anyway, now find out if it is true...

Science proves we are all just energy zoom in as far as you can go the molecules are all, but empty space, empty space being a “human” is just being energy you can choose to be negatively charged or positively charged. Non-defending, non-resisting and total acceptance of whatever happens in the present moment... frees , detaches ourselves from the turmoils of emotions and thoughts... calms us, renders focus.....thereby giving us access to the Higher Intelligence or GOD , and more clarity is gained as how to "respond" intelligently n more effectively instead of just "reacting" in such dangerous situations as you mentioned .
i think this point is explained in detail in the chapter " Meaning of surrender " in ' The Power of Now '.

I started reading ET a few weeks ago and a lot has changed already ... I can see now how judgmental and defensive I've always been, my ego's need to feel superior. It's not a comfortable feeling. Before this I want to say I was completely unaware of this. Does this happen to most people?

I Heard The Name Eckhardt Tolle a few Times but this is The First time seeing him or Hearing, Reading what He has to give. I cant speak for other Nor do i want to but what i can say Out of experiences i Made douring my Journey, i will happily give. I judged a Lot even people i have never spoken to. May it be because of their Actions, Something someone told me about them even If i never saw them doing this or that, their Looks or whatever you can think of. And i See it nearly all around me. I See it in my thoughts while observing them. Sometimes i know exactly were it comes from, Name it and that is The hard Part getting it Out of me or at least lower The Volume of it. Yeah The Ego Drives a Lot of behaviors and Feeling better then Others has a somewhat uplifting Feeling in it. But we arnt Lifting us Up with it, we Put others down with it. That is so irrational and at The Same time irritating because at some Point we will be Put down with them too. That is Not The way i want to Go Nor do i want to direct Others at this way. A Lot of inner Work, healing and observing to do.

Also, as Abraham Hicks says “do you want to be right or do you want to be happy”? I choose happy 😊 and I try to remember that when I feel that I need to defend myself.
The sound of the waterfall , at the end of Elkhart’s video sounds like applause, which is very apt I think.
It is always important to be reminded that non of this is real. One instantly throws weapons away and once more rejoys the just energy field.

My mind was racing... Racing .. I could only hold presents for a moment .. How long can the dark mind stay with the light .. 5 seconds .. Yes ... 10 seconds, it's better, 20 seconds, barely. Just holding presents for 30 seconds was too much light for that dark room of thoughts!
Can I focus to obtain consciousness and hold it for 30 seconds? As much as my mind says NO ..... I can!

@@recordgirly2567 Who is the one trying to become conscious? Isn't consciousness already conscious and aware of that one? Awareness needs do nothing to become aware. It is the imagined person who imagines it is going to become conscious.
@@brushstroke3733 that's a tangle web of thoughts! The ultimate goal is no thought, that's where presents is. Where the observer, your soul is. But just jumping to no thought (especially here in America with consent busy thought streams) is next to impossible for most. So the "work out" is necessary to train the mind ... that the Observer is in charge. Focus on breath, soon thoughts will come, the moment you become "aware" that you're back to thoughts BLAM that awareness is the Observer!! But the mind is powerful with a lifetime of control, and will quickly take back over. But that's ok ... bring it back away from the thoughts to the breath over and over.
Picture doing curls, when the weight comes up you're in thoughts, consciously lower the weight and bring it back to the breath, over and over AND over ... It's the hardest thing I've ever done in my life and took me weeks of "training" before just alittle "shift" of starting to be in control of the mind with longer and longer periods out of thoughts. I'm not going to kid you, it takes a while and oddly, learning to have relaxed focus is difficult, kind of like a tug of war. In a few weeks I started to see progress and after several months I started to have control over my meditations with longer and longer moments in presents. Hopes this helps!

I have a question about wars. For example, the war that between Russia and Ukraine. Should the invaded country not make judgments and not react? I believe that most people in the world (our brothers and sisters) are against war and in favor of peace but what to do when someone decides to invade our country, kill our family and friends, including children?

When a person judges me I try to not react or be defensive over it, because the person who is judging me is the one with the problem; yet if they grow violent and want to do me harm I got no choice then but to switch in to survival mode and defend myself. It's logical to do so and we cannot bow down to all the evil wrong doings on this world. Sometimes we just got to fight for what we love, even if it means for ourselves our families our friends or our pets. It's a part of our nature, and God gave us that right. Other than this I shall keep the peace in my heart for everything that is good on Earth.
Once you reached a certain level of consciousness it is impossible for those situations to come into your reality anymore 😇 simply won't happen
@@DaniMystic9I hear you Dani, but I still beg to differ, because the bad ones who operate at very low frequencies can still bringforth evil into our reality. I'm a very peaceful man and I have never ever laid a finger on anybody or any animal in my life. And yet a couple of times I did have to defend myself against violent thugs. I am going through a spiritual awakening process myself and I'm more or less my higher self at this stage, but I am always aware of the wrath of man. Hence, I am a man, and I know exactly how evil men think. But what do you think about Wars my dear, and how evil tyrant's subjugate peoples, and use deadly forces against them. Who protects all the women and children in them circumstances. It does be good soldiers, men and women, who sacrifice they're own lives for everyone's freedoms. It is just a harsh reality of life.

@@stephenflood3463 I understand what you are coming from completely. I had these same exact questions. However. The evil people you are talking about, how much % are they TRULY interacting in your reality? You see them mostly through the screen, the black mirror. Yes I have seen those thugs and bad people too, but in my personal life I am not an energetic match to problems, negativity and negative people anymore. I seem to just be at the right time at the right place and have mastered the energetic state to avoid situations like that. You can still see suffering through the screens, if you focus on it even through talking with a friend, but it is not YOUR reality anymore. However, they are not directly in your reality, in your NOW moment, are they? When you do get robbed or meet a thug, it means that there is some pattern inside of you that judges, doesn't accept or resists something in that person and shadows in yourself or it is meant to be to teach you something. If you find out what that pattern is, you transcend it and the situation will dissapear from your life. It is learning to resonate differently. They cannot touch you anymore, like oil separates from water. That's what true spirituality is, frequency! Also, if you feel called to interact with those realities on the screen it is your calling and go follow that. When we resonate differently we can still interact with others but in a positive state, we are untouchable for lower frequencies. Harm cannot be done. This is not about ignoring other realities, but including them in your consciousness.

Read A Course in Miracles guys! It is truly an astonishing and Divine filled book.
There must be many editions. Kindly suggest the original one
@@Cocoobean12The original edition is the blue book by the Foundation For Inner Peace. But the best edition is the Circle of Atonement; it’s the unabridged course and also has cross references to the Bible. I have both editions but I don’t even open the Foundation for Inner Peace anymore.

Read it if you want just don't get caught up in repeating the lessons every year thinking it's going to get you someplace. Forget the busy work, you already are what you seek. Forget seeking.
@@oneseeker2 neither does the course :) it is a non-dual teaching, so no god and no creation.. Though it uses those terms as if goes back and forth speaking to the two parts of our mind.. and I even this is just a framework that helps mind get to know it's own workings, there really is no split, no wrong mind no right mind ( or ego and christ). if you ever happen to come across a copy and feel at all compelled, check out the clarification of terms. And if that happens to intrigue you at all, check out Ken Wapnick. Both will describe what acim means by god and why it even uses Christian language at all. Obviously though that's no need of you don't feel drawn to it.. As ACIM itself says, it's just one framework among many that lead to the same experience. ACIM is great, truly brilliant, at helping mind to understand the psychology and purpose of the ego, and to start to dissolve the illusory barriers. The language is a challenge to many, myself included initially. But my guess is its helped many Christians to work through the guilt imbedded in the Bible. Maybe not at many as hate acim deeply sacrilegious, which is also quite understandable, considering!

Even though we understand your thoughts regarding the Course In Miracles book, there seems to be a possible "flaw", if you will, in your teaching. You said to your audience "you don't need it", referring to the book. Our understanding is that no one actually"knows" what another individual needs or doesn't need regarding their individual spiritual path. 🙏🙂

@maelmitchell7207 Eckhart only said you don't "need" the book if you already understand the underlying concept summarised at the start of it: "nothing real can be threatened, nothing unreal exists"... altho maybe one could find pointers to deepen one's current level of spiritual awareness within those pages? At the last part of the video saying, knowing someone is having disfunctional and deep unconscious as his or her personality is not a judgement. You just see that. Can u please guide on dealing with those kind of people if they are family members?
Being bombarded with visual sensual stimulation those persons can stop judging and criticizing 'emselves and then objectively observe objects of wish or need. Comparing to what they see no judgement betters the perception and... shaping the personality in moment of knowing.

Some love it and have made it their bible ( for Marianne Williamson - to name only one prominent follower, it was very important), others are taking bits and pieces out of it, and there are of course those who don' t like it at all. I have a question.
When i sit with eyes closed and just be in the being if that makes sense, i do feel spaciousness, lightness and stillness within me. But Eckhart keep insisting that it's deeper , go deep into the now. So far I haven't found any more depth than that. How do i go deeper? Is that all there's to it?

Go through the pain, make it the fuel for growing in consciousness.
ET is teaching this in clear understandable ways in all his books and videos : feel the pain but don' t identify with it, i.e find it ( in whatever way it manifests in your body - feel it - and stay present , " shine the light of consciousness on it " and it will transform ( you ).
-For many , pain is THE spiritual teacher..
It is the stuff to "work with ", it is there for you..

This is an awesome perspective. However the religious aspects feel ... shoehorned in? If you take "god" out of this, the wisdom retains all of its value (like 5 - 0 = 5). I think this would reach a broader audience if the noise was removed.

Meet yourself and others without judgment. It's deep relief and peace.
