I know. Everyone else, including the officer (toward the end of the video) who begged Tyler to come home, emphasized he was not in any trouble, that Tyler still had his job, seemed genuinely upset. The husband, not so much.

Many people go “missing” after an argument. It usually boils down to money, custody and/or jealousy. Since they were planning a divorce, maybe his husband didn’t want to pay alimony, split assets, pay child support, etc.

And not wanting to split custody and have to deal with each another for years to come because of it, too, is also à possible motivator. Sad.

2:06 the individual on footage caught running has a very slim build and super slender legs; it doesn’t really look like Tyler’s build which seems more muscular and athletic. The runner resembles the husband more 👀👀

surprised at how many people here think it's the husband... I get that they are usually the first person to be looked at/suspected, but what makes me doubt it (not 100%, obviously) is that people saw the missing man at work that day and I'm sure he's on camera at the Costco - that plus the call the husband made to 911 should set a pretty clear timeline of the day (even more so if the home security cameras weren't tampered with). I don't see how the husband could have managed to kill the missing man and hide his body so well that it has still gone undiscovered in such a short length of time (between the missing man getting home and the police being called/showing up to search). If the couple's two young kids were also home, they would have been witnesses/questioned by qualified LEO, and we all know that if the husband had planned the crime out in advance, there would definitely be evidence (and maybe there is but police aren't sharing). Such a strange case - I hope he is found for justice/closure, but I can't imagine a father leaving his children willingly for so long, so this more than likely is not going to have the best of endings.
A hundred percent. He was with the kids eating pizza for dinner! He also looks like he’s been up for days, probably upset and crying and blaming himself. The woman said she thought it was Tyler on the camera. Plus they tracked his scent along the road until it suddenly disappeared.

If he was hit at fast speed his body would most likely fly into air and possibly land somewhere thats overlooked. There was recently a man found over a week later, alive after crashing his truck off a bridge into water. Two fishermen just happened to be in area and discovered him still alive.

All of this assuming that Tyler even left the house as his husband says he did🤔 I dont think thats how the fight ended...at all. I think he was murdered and his husband did the little late night sprint to make it look like Tyler left in that direction. I think he killed Tyler and then called 911 so his disappearance wasnt 'suspicious' and reporting that Tyler pushed him would 'explain' any wounds he receive as Tyler defended himself. I would love to know what the kids heard and saw, and where the last pings from Tyler's phone came from. I truly hope Im wrong, I hope he comes home safe to his friends and family, but we've seen this pattern too many times now...

I don't know.... his husband in my book does not look so good. I have been with the same man 37 years, married going on 1 year in Iowa. Marriage can be difficult, but I love him more than anything. I am 58 now, he is 60 but if it does a 180, just leave, don't harm. I think the running out of the house video is the husband setting up an alibi. Just my opinion, hope I am wrong about the situation.

The situation feels very bad, but maybe we will be pleasantly surprised. I assume that local law enforcement has investigated people from the prison. While the domestic argument is an obvious area of interest, his guarding convicts every day could also result in someone wanting to hurt him. That scenario seems more likely than a random drunk driver hitting him and then hiding his body.

How do you know he's not? Or hasn't been? 4 months he's been gone. Usually when a person disappears their spouse is suspect number 1 until proven otherwise. I'm sure LE hasn't been sitting around rotating on their thumbs. STOP ASSuming. It makes you look ignorant and dumb.
Sadly, there would be more attention to this story if the headline read "vanished after fight with ROOMMATE." Regardless of attempts to "normalize" these relationships, plenty of mainstream Americans will see the words "HIS husband" and just shake their heads and say "what did you expect?"
