- James Harden's historic scoring run continues as he ignites Madison Square Garden for a career-high and Rockets' franchise-record 61 points in Houston's 114-110 win against the New York Knicks. Harden shot 17-of-38 and finished with 15 rebounds, making him the first player to post 60-plus points and 15 rebounds against the Knicks since Wilt Chamberlain's famous 100-point, 25-rebound game on March 2nd, 1962. This is Harden's 21st game with 30 or more points, and his fifth 50-point game of the season. Harden also becomes the fourth player to score 60 or more points at MSG, joining the company of Bernard King (Knicks, 60, 1984), Kobe Bryant (Lakers, 61, 2009), and Carmelo Anthony (Knicks, 62, 2014).

But To be quite honest Wilt's era was much different and not quite put together as this new generation of faster, bigger and more equipped to shoot and or dunk at will as it is now. Now The "Wilt Era" as I should say, there were players that were less athletic and less equipped in the NBA as it is now; such as LeBron James, James Harden, Steph Curry "With the shot Boy" and other players like; Kevin Durant "The Snake" Paul George, Anthony Davis, Russell Westbrook etc,. But most definitely James Harden Deserve A Ring. And as I recalled harden was competing with Westbrook for the MVP two seasons ago. I believe he should have got it that season also.

When Harden did it, D'Antoni coached his Rockets...Kobe did it against a Knicks team then coached by D'Antoni. Kobe did it in 37 minutes with no rebounds, only 3 assists, and 1 block. Harden did it in 40 minutes with 15 rebounds, 4 assists, and 5 steals. Kobe averaged 26 that year...Harden's averaging 36. So who's the better guard after Kobe...D. Wade or Harden?
