That was my prediction. JJ's best finish would happen at TMS. I hope he can do better at Indy but I just don't think he is smooth enough yet to be fast there. You watch him in the car and he saws the wheel like a NASCAR still. Don't take it the wrong way because I know he will figure it out it's a matter of deleting his old habits and forming new ones and that aint easy in any sport or anything else in life. Old habits are very hard to break.

Amazing. No fake cautions or stages. Tires don’t blow for no reason. Indycar makes great aero changes to promote closer racing and passing, despite the inferior racing series ruining the track with the redesign and traction garbage. Ends with a last corner pass for the win. Real racing. Sure hope they can keep the track on the schedule.

    • @FallingPicturesProductions

@NolanEP I’m a 46 year old ex Nascar fan, quit shortly after they brought in fake racing. I merely watch “highlights” and read results now. My tire comment refers to every race tires are blowing. For years, decades. Drivers and fans complain, I chuckle. Indycar doesn’t have the issue, Firestone knows how to make tires. I’m guessing the only way to solve the pj issue is repaving, which will never happen because Nascar would be admitting they were wrong. Or diamond grinding the corners, which also will never happen- see the Indy tire debacle years back and my previous tire argument.

Poor racing the past couple years due to a traction compound used by NASCAR may be to blame...
Also, don't forget, that place holds 180k people.
A half empty stadium holding 90k fans still looks half empty...

Scrolled down a few more comments, sounds like others are confirming that promotion and event advertising were lacking I'll n the leadup to the race...
Sounds as if the poor attendance falls squarely on the track's ownership/marketing

The highlight video was good but there is a lot of potential to make it better. Take some inspiration from how F1 and Nascar are doing it. The highlight clips are too short, it would be better to start them a bit earlier and cut away a bit later. The thumbnails can be better too. A picture of a car from the race would be better IMO, but don't make it of one of the most important things that happened during the race (this race it would've been the Newgarden overtake). It's also important to differentiate the race and quali highlights thumbnails apart

Amazing race one of the better races I’ve seen in a long time such a crazy move by Newgarden! Defranchesco has been kind of an idiot so far this year. Caused 3 crashes today and in St. Pete was racing the race leaders for no good reason. I know he’s a rookie but he needs to learn quick

@@LETSTALKENTERTAINMENT F1's coverage on Sky in the UK meant they didn't show Indycar live. We had to wait until 10pm before they were showing it and by then the race had been spoiled by a random channel who's video was recommended to me on my home page. And no, F1 didn't suck. I'm glad you could enjoy both but sadly if you lived in the UK, you couldn't.
