Although it doesn't pertain to this video, why did a UPS Boeing 747-400 take off on runway 17 at MSP (June 10)when quad jets are supposedly banned from using runways 17/35?

What’s the route? And when you go to the booking page, what *type* of 350 is it? The Latam ones have a different seat layout.
So it’s ATL - MCO with the 359 layout
