My USB 2.0 ports were disconnecting my devices and reconnecting them. I gave up and stopped using them, but this video randomly came up and I tried it and I was surprised that it worked. Great video, much appreciated.
I don't know why but it's not working. Actually when i connect my data cable to my laptop it charges the phone but with the same port when i connect my mouse it dosent work. Mouse is not broken it works on another pc well.

Win 7 : After i recover form sleep mode. Immediately the password window etc works normally so the mouse and the keyboard respond immediately, but after i enter the password....i think all the USB ports are suspended and non responsive. The USB wireless mouse doesn't move , USB wired keyboard doesn't work, wifi USB adapter is showing as disconnected, so i cant do anything. Need to wait for 3 full mins or so and then the mouse starts moving. IN fact they all respond late too so after recovery the keyboard and mouse does all sorts of things (basically all what i tried when it was non responsive reacts after a delay of 3 mins. Can someone help. This has been plaguing me for 3 to 4 years now.

Agar kabhi apne apna laptop local servicing ya repair ke liye diya tha, aur uske baad se ya pahle se hi usb port ki pareshani samne ayi hai toh khud laptop ke motherboard ki" notch wali wiring jo ek usb port ke liye di jati hai use chek kare. Mere case mein mere laptop ka kam thik se meine hi ghar par kiya, shayad aap ke laptop ki bhi yahi mamuli si pareshani ho....
