  • Mediocrity is the kiss of death! The “take it easy” mentality is slowly eroding the amount of success you are able to attain.
Instead, you should have the FIGHTER JET mentality.
You should be moving forward and taking action steps to continuously improving a bit each day.
Too many people are trying to figure out what their “work/life” balance is instead of going ALL IN…
…and maxing out the best of their capabilities.
Be a fighter jet and NOT a crop duster!
Enjoy this week's episode and again, THANK YOU for all of the amazing feedback 👊🏼❤️

So I'm 50 days sober and I ha e spent every one of those days in the gym. I am three times as strong and twice as big. After 6 years of a strict meth diet, I have never felt so good in my life. So I'm in the gym about a week ago I hear your bigmoo deal on spotify and got goosebumps. When you say 40 percent 40 fucking percent, it gets to me. I wish it was longer. It has inspired me more than it. You know. I don't know much about you, but I'm learning. I have shared that with everyone. You have taught me a lot so far. Thank you. Your fucking badass.

430am I wake up, drink 12oz water, cup of coffee then at 5am I work out till 6am while listening to good men like you, get ready for work as an Electric Lineman. I work 8 to 16 hours a day depending on how much money I want to make that week. I'm 47 and in better shape than when I was 21. All because I'm up at 430am and working out no matter what, no matter how I feel.

Discipline in my fitness , mindfulness , gratitude, emotional control , and most importantly my faith in God have been my pillars . Trying to be the best version of myself I can be . Listened to this video a few days ago. Got so jacked up, woke up at 5:30am, (from 7 -8am) had a great morning routine which included drinking 4 cups of water and holding out on the coffee. My days were dynamic! But truth be told, I was only consistent for a mere three days. Slacked off for the last two. So here I am, right back here, listening again. One thing is true, retraining yourself and moving from your bad habits to positively impacting habits, wouldn't be easy, but it is doable and necessary for a better quality of life.

I usually have some ginger tea or peppermint tea and water during that time. I have been doing this for many years, and it's converted time for me now because it's time with no distractions, just peace and quiet. When I get my daughter ready for school I will usually listen to TD Jakes or other successful motivational videos. The BK show is now in that rotation.

Mr. Bestie Keuilian, men like you are needed for mankind. Me, myself and I will imitate some traits and I e designed my journey. At 15 I walked in in my step father having an orgy with men. Obviously that was not the agreement amongst him and my mother. I turned into a bitter and not successful person, not to mentioned developed an alcoholic career. 20 yrs later, and after COVID I found myself at square one. Thank you

I wake anywhere between 3-5 am. 4 am is ideal for me, so long as I get a decent six hours or so of sleep. For the past four months I’ve been learning to program smart contracts in Solidity. So every morning for the last four months, I’ve been coding in Solidity, without fail. Sometimes it’s a little; sometimes it’s a lot. I just have to stay consistent.
