I love how both parties sing their own Game/songs motifs. Like in Xenophane VS PS135, Xeno sings the drowning theme, while PS sings the Starman theme. Such happens among the other souls. And something i also noticed among the souls, is that they sympathise with each other: Tails and Luigi weep at their unfortunate fates, Knuckles and Peach share their tragic stories (Knuckles also _literally_ raps with her at some point), Eggman and Yoshi and Oogtar laugh at their own misery. Something I love about the motifs that PS135 and Xenophanes use Xenophanes used the Drowning Theme, meant to scare you into a sense of dread. Your time is running out, and you have no hope. The Starman Theme, however, is meant to demonstrate PS135’s sheer power and invincibility, something you have no hope of overcoming. It’s a sense of hopelessness as well, but in a different sense. However, both themes are only temporary, as they can both be overcome via determination. Whether you manage to catch your breath, or simply hold out long enough for your enemy to weaken, there’s only one way to overcome this obstacle… If, that is, there’s a way in the first place.
PS135 is not that Powerful. He is quite powerful in the sense that he has all of Mario's Arsenal of Powers and Abilities, but he is not allowed the Starman because PS135 is a Power-Up state and the Starman cancels that out, therefore killing PS135. Therefore PS135 is not Invincible but I guess you can say he's Powerful.

Usually, it's supposed to be 3, but it increases whenever Mario collects the glitched powerup. So, it goes up to 4, 5, 6, etc. Maybe the player had a bit too much time on their hands and let it go up to 135, aaaand made the Marimposter we see.
This song doesn't make the fight feel One-sided with one set of characters singing the other's song, like most Sonic vs Mario songs, instead, they *FIGHT* for their own song to be heard, and I think doing it like this is AMAZING! You have to love how Knuckles keeps respect for Peach, as she went through much more than just fighting the one who saved him multiple times. She literally had to stand there and watch PS135 as she couldn't do ANYTHING. So Knuckles keeps his hat down, as he knows Peach really doesn't understand what's going on.

I like how the Sonic characters seems to be based on the OVA (at least it’s noticeable with Knuckles). I love the cutscenes showing Toadstool and Knuckles's deaths. A shame we didn't get to see it for the other characters (we still don't know Luigi, Oogtar, or Yoshi's deaths) but I understand that the art is a lot of work. Well done!

This is two masterpieces joined together to make an absolutely legendary song. Like some other people mentioned, I like how everyone interacts with each other; The mourning; the emotional tale; the mockery; and the ultimate battle. Absolute perfection.

I love how you gave Knuckles a cowboy hat, really reminds me of the fact that there's a Mirage from M.E. reference in the original triple trouble, and I could also hear it sped up in the transitions at the end. Plus, the art in general is awesome, but it's especially good in Knuckles/Peach's part, showing how each of them fell to their respective killers. Also, I love how you referenced Super Mario World in Eggman/Yoshi's part where it would normally reference Dr Robotnik's theme from Sonic 1.
