Hi, just bought a AcefastT6, the charger case indicated "OK" (= fully charged), yet after 1 night I connected the earbugs to the phone, but it indicated low battery 10% left, so immediately I put the pair back to the case for another hr then I connected again, still the low battery message showed up. What should I do so to charge it pls? When I put the buds to the case to charge, how to know this is charging, any lights indications or by what means I know the buds are fully charged please? Can you please help me - urgently need your advice. Thanks.
I saw your comments on multi channel review this Headset. Here is the info hope it help you out.
You should remove a clear plastic cover 2 pin charger on each side of the pair. And then put it back to the case, it'll show the battery of them.
