With due respect to Ehsanul Haque sir, I must say there is no scope to withdraw 164 .I am very junior to him but when a Magistrate asks a convicted for 164 he gives the convicted 3 hours to think if the convicted will give 164 or not . So the petition for 164 is nothing but disobeying the law. There is no section to withdraw 164. Actually it's an eyewash. The main secret has been hidden in the case.
