I make 100k a year and am trying to figure out how much house i can afford and yes I will be using my VA home loan. Veterans United pre-approved me for 450k in early 2023. I have yet to buy. This video is exactly for someone like me. Thank you.
Hi Jeb. I currently have a home with a VA mortgage. In a couple of years, I'm going to purchase another home. Is there anyway to purchase a home with a VA mortgage before I sell my current home? Like, I find a house that I like, but my home hasn't sold yet. I'm assuming that I can't have 2 VA loans at the same time, but what does one do in that situation? Sell my home first and rent (which I don't want to do)?
I’m currently looking at a home that’s less than 500k along with a lower interest rate that’s used in the video but my monthly payments are higher than the example and I’m not understanding why
Do yourself a HUGE Favor and speak to someone in addition to them. You can get in touch with our team using the link in the description of the video. VU charges way too much in both points and rate.
@@vitaminwater6235 30k car loan isn’t much. Especially when your take home it prob is prob 8,700. Your payment affects the debt to income ratio when working out a monthly payment. You can prob afford a 500kish home. Especially because the interest rates just dropped. Honestly prob even more. But I don’t know everything so always good to just ask a good lender.
Hello, Is it possible to get a FHA loan with high credit score, 20% downpaymant but very low monthly income? I read that they require only 2 years of regular job but not minimum income. Whats true about it? Can you make a video for single parents who cant yet work full time jobs but get sides jobs and still pay rent higher than other mortgage? Whats the best option to get kids something that they can call "my home".

what is the debt to income ratio on Va Loans. I want to do a multi family. The rent section would be $35000 I want a to build a 4 plex
I don't think i will ever make 100K in a year, ive never been close and now I am an E1 in the Navy at 28

It could be the taxes and insurance are higher!
That’s without that included… with little to no debt and I believe the property taxes are close to the 1.1%
In Florida Home Owners Insurance I paid $2400yr for my $200k house.
What lenders do you recommend? Veterans United only one that’s in my city
