Sorry my Hindi is poor, what if you add a pull down resistor from negative to gate connection , by adding a suitable resistor, that will switch off the IGTB, and so may be in the circuit design where there is no pull down resistors is where that 2v IGBT is blowing up, so adding a resistor to pull down gate to ground can stop that. Reduce sensitivity or operating voltage by external pull down resistor.
I've a half bridge power supply which has fgh60n60smd igbt. when I replace with wg50n65dhwq (original) it heats up in a short period of time. I can replace the same fgh60n60smd igbt but I want to understand why it heated up. do you have any idea?
