I use screen record with or without microphone, dark screen, listening for sounds like doorbell etc,. Some of these are unfamiliar though that may just be for the 12.

Shaking the phone just undoes whatever you just typed, it doesn’t get rid of everything. And it’s “spatial” audio not “sequential”
