Hello Sir, I came here to look because of a comment you made on Charlie Norris video about class E. I have immediately subscribed to your channel. This is the kind of experimentation that I like. I look forward to viewing more videos from you! Great work, Chris UK.
Of course sir.The AVR system control the diesel generator's output voltage by sampling the output voltage. We know that the main generator uses electricity to generate magnetic field,by changing the magnetic flux density we can control the output voltage. The AVR is doing the exact same thing,if the output voltage is higher than expected it will reduce the magnetic field density by decreasing the excitor's current.
@@uecmitsuimarinedieselengin873 there are some folks using a class e to amplify their carrier and feed it into a ring modulator. It’s a big ugly chunk of iron with an audio amplifier feeding the other side of it, but it works. Although, I’m not sure I’d exactly call that “amplifying” since it isn’t really directly amplifying an AM signal.
I have some transistors that will work in the 2.4 band, I would even give them away as they are surplus to my needs. The circuits to make them work are very unforgiving though.
Hello my friend, you can send me a personal email and then I would be able to give you the whole schematic. My email address is in the description of my channel.
The amp shown here is for 7mhz The amp you are interested in is maybe 88 to 108 and for this you might use BLF177 transistors, preferably is push pull.
You can ask anything about this setup, just email me @ sriaubonratpalm@outlook.com.
@user-hk4fy3wr7s Hello friend, I have already received your email.
good day just seeing your video and I am interested in making this stuff. thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing this nice project!

brother hi.
can u pls teach us something about
AVR (automatic voltage regulator) on ship?

I am trying to learn something about class e Amps right now.
Can you modulate the signal with that or is this just for CW?
It could be FM mudulated, byt not suitable for SSB or AM.

OLÁ,.... ESSE É AMPLIFICADOR DE FM...
Can this circuit work in the 2.4 G band? Thank you.
It could, but the switching device should be somethibg else such as a RF mosfet or HEMT.
@@uecmitsuimarinedieselengin873 I really do wish the IRFP450 would work at SHF!😄

Did you say "high power percelene capacitors"?? what is that word
I mean the high power ceramic RF capacitor like the ATC ones.
L1 L2 L3 values?
