Competitive rivalry, between players and teams, are fine. But racial rivalry on the basketball court, combined with the intent to harm, hurt and intimidate; is completely wrong! It’s demoralizing, demeaning, unjustified, unwarranted, ridiculous, asinine, ludicrous, hateful, dangerous and completely demonstrates unnecessary unsportsmanlike conduct and behavior, towards another human being. Especially, with it being a professional basketball player, that’s a woman.
The brothers back in the day only had one question for and about Larry Bird: "Can he play?"
There were no questions about Clark, just people placing a negative narrative that had nothing to do with her ability on the court.
One player in the WNBA represents 0.0069% of the active players in that league. One of those players has received 17% of the flagrant fouls that have occurred thus far this year and 80% of those flagrant fouls have come from one team and that team is the team of her alleged rival. I completely reject any premise that this is a coincidence. If the commissioner had started suspending players when this extracurricular activity began, it would have ended quickly and probably not escalated to the level it has gone to and likely stopped the rhetoric.
I still vote for CC taking her Wilson signature ball and all the other accolades and amenities she has received and brought to the league and go elsewhere. The viewership on TV and the record crowds in the stadiums will tank immediately. And maybe the NBA will decide that the WNBA costing them 10 million dollars a year for the last 20 years and 50 million this year is not worth the return.
Ummm, Reese is dishing out violent attacks ON Caitlin Clark!!!!! She is not a victim of this problem. If she would grow tf up, and start repairing the damage she has done personally, by her psychotic assaults and promoting other players' assaults maybe the league could start to gather themselves to effectively combat continued racist attitudes. What about Chennedy Carter. Her spontaneous assault on Caitlin was overlooked early in the season while Reese is jumping up and down and clapping like a 6-year-old. She should have, and still should be, suspended for that attack.
Sorry, but Reese is not an elite player and that showed this season. Her shooting percentage is garbage for her position. She'll be out next season
No she won't. She set a record for most rebounds ever (broken recently by Aja Wilson). She's not CC, but the Chicago Bulls didn't care about Dennis Rodman's shooting. And you can't "pad" your way to an all time record.
Englebert is out of touch, she needs to go.
The media needs to back off.... CC22 Just want to Play Basketball!!! Let the Ladies Play Ball!!!! Race and Sex has nothing to do with Playing Ball; every lady laces up their Basketball Shoes the same.... Play Ball!!! Play Ball!!! Play Ball!!!

Something I wonder about is C.C.’s teammates Not taking up arms on behalf of Clark! I haven’t seen any games lately, but when Clark got fouled hard, in my opinion, her Fever teammates didn’t even hurry over to help her to her feet. She needs better teammates to support her!!
Reece is a very mediocre player. CC is a once in a generation player like Bird and Magic. She has revolutionised the WNBA. CC is the MVP a& ROOKIE OF THE YEAR!
