Spix macaw would suit one of these, although i think you've mentioned it in another list? btw great vids. Always a great inspiration for drawing animal drawings of oddities of the animal world
Note, however, that there are no genetically pure Barbary Lions in zoos; back when Barbary Lions still existed in the wild, zoos were far less careful regarding breeding than they are now (in addition, circuses were regularly breeding them), and therefore, many lions, tigers, and giraffes are intergrades between subspecies. It is also worth mentioning that pure Bengal Tigers and Reticulated Giraffes don’t appear to exist in captivity outside of their native countries.
Spix macaws should be on the list as well since they’re already E.W. for a while now. That is till recently the breeding program released a few hundred of them a few days ago.
i visit my family in Nebraska once a year and the Omaha Zoo actually has Pere David's Deer. They're beautiful animals and I hope they can one day make a comeback

Not 100% sure, but I think I ve heard of a type of rainbow fish that is extinct in the wild, but is commonly sold in pet stores cause they are super easy to breed in captivity. The reason they went extinct in the wild was that they only lived in one lake, and something happened there that made em extinct.
Lake Eacham Rainbowfish. Was considered extinct in the wild, but fortunately small wild populations were found outside the original lake. They died out in the lake because locals introduced large predatory fish for recreational fishing. The species is still highly endangered in the wild, but they are easy to breed in tanks and well established in the aquarium hobby.
They say that the Guam Kingfisher might not be able to be released back to Guam for a very long time because it’ll be hard to remove the brown tree snake. They have othe islands set up as potential wild homes though
Funny thing about the socorro doce is that the cata and goats didn’t cause its extinction in the wild, what killed him in the wild was a an volcánic eruption that happened in socorro island in the 60-70s, this eruption killed the majority of the plants in the Island and killed the majority of the doves, it is probably one of the few species that wasn’t killed solely by human activity but by nature itself
