    The jobless numbers are so skewed that one has to ask the question- does it even really mean anything anymore? Even the Fed said the employment numbers are fake, basically.

    OMG, we bought some soda for a party, which we probably hadn’t done at least a year and was shocked by the prices.. no wonder they have sales issues.. soda is a luxury product now, lol

    Great insight on the inventory over 200 days!! I would like to see where they fall along with the median sales price for this month and the last few.

    will be interesting to see if shelter is actually down or rockily heading down.. if shelter has finally broken to MOM annualized~2% (or lower) that goes along way towards a low rate

      Will be interesting to see how many houses get dumped onto the market simultaneously by pent up sellers all waiting for a supposed price increase associated with the long expected rate cuts

    Was talking to a workmate... He started working in 78 at 1.86 per hour... I started in 82 at 3.35 per hour. Wages need to double today?

      Correct. Everything is expensive because inflation has been terrible for three years. 0% inflation just means the elevated prices from the last three years stay the same, not go back to what they were.
