I’m not going to lie, currently my diet is terrible since I’ve been so busy with work and school. But I do respond better when I do a gluten free/anti-inflammatory diet and I’m planning on fixing up my diet over the break. So once I do, I’d be happy to share a video! Arthritis of the spine stinks. I don't directly have spine arthritis (I have arthritis that doesn't just affect my spine), but I have autoimmune arthritis that affects all the joints in my body, INCLUDING my spine. It's really not fun. We don't have the same diagnosis, so I can't claim to understand fully, but I know that spinal arthritis isn't fun to deal with as my arthritis affects my spine as well.
