Originally, Kubo Tite only planned out the series to where Ichigo saved Rukia, but the demand was too great, much like how Dragonball Z was supposed to end with the Frieza Saga. However, the difference here, is that Tite had a long established pattern of health problems in regards to publishing his chapters (the weekly release life of a Mangaka is pretty harsh), to the point that he had been hospitalized at times, which is why his original Manga, Zombie Powder, didn't last (it's a good read, I recommend looking it up, you get to see where the original character designs from Bleach essentially evolved from). Aizen's defeat should have been the final piece of the story, but they kept pushing him to do more, that's why the art began to suffer; his heart and health just wasn't into it anymore. Anyway, getting back to your comment, the Anime restarted should be fine, as they (in theory) have plenty of time to carefully draw backgrounds and characters more appropriately, and assuming Tite has some involvement, he can flesh out the show a bit more, hopefully without a ton of filler this time around.

I thoroughly enjoyed the introduction of the "Bound Arc". When it was first released, a friend who read the comic had told me that "Arrancars are a thing, and they are coming", so I naturally assumed that was what the filler Arc was. It was actually pretty good, but the Anime had a habit of dragging out these interesting filler Arcs and beating them like a dead horse. It should have ended like 30 episodes in, but I think they dragged it out to like 60, and they did this a couple times: taking an original new concept introduced into the Bleach Universe, then just dumping too much damn time into it. However, this was kind of the way Anime was produced back in the day. Much like Manga, companies were basically "expected" to produce a new episode EVERY week while a show was popular. As you can imagine, 1 Anime Episode can easily chug through 1 to 3 Manga Chapters, and to make up for the difference while the comics moved ahead, filler stories were a thing. Bleach actually did filler well, as most other shows at the time just had weird nonsensical episodes that had nothing to do with recent plot, although as mentioned above, they did drag out these interesting stories too far. However, Japan's work culture has changed alot, and most Anime these days (at least, the popular ones with a long established history of comics) tend to be planned out carefully ahead of time, so usually we only get one filler episode per season, if that. For example, My Hero Academia has like maybe one filler per season, whereas Bleach and Naruto would do entire "Filler Seasons" (literally, like the last 100 episodes or so of the original Naruto series were just nonsense filler). So, I don't expect there will be, but if they launch the reworked Anime way too early, or there isn't a renewed interest in Bleach, you never know what could happen.

It was cool and had cool concepts, but I hated that Tsukishima guy who fucked with everyone's memories and was basically psychologically raping Ichigo. It was such bullshit. I would've just quit my life and joined Soul Society, cutting off all contact with those so called friends and family.
