Fun fact: your RTX 2060 Super is only behind in rasterization. In Ray Tracing which is what these console manufacturers keep hyping up, the 2060 Super actually does better than the consoles.
30 FPS wasn't much of a thing until the 5th gen. 6th gen almost fixed it having 60 be the standard and it's so pathetic that we are in the 9th gen now and 30 FPS is still around.
Imagine having an 8-core CPU, ray tracing, and 16GB ram only to be locked at 30FPS
