  • The Tucker Carlson interview, Vladimir Putin began with an insight into the ancient History of Russia, where he mentioned Prince Rurik, the Varangian who by the invitation of Slavic and Finno-Ugric tribes came to Novgorod and founded Old Russia in 862, The Monument to Millennium of Russia, opened in Novgorod Kremlin in 1862, Princess Olga and her grandson Prince Vladimir The Baptism who baptised Russia from paganism to Orthodox Christianity.
In this video I went to the ancient Russian towns of Novgorod and Pskov that to show you an actual historic places and stories Putin mentioned about in his interview to Tucker Carlson.

You're surprised that governments lie to their citizens? You might also be surprised to know that Putin has also lied to their citizens, and will continue to do so. My Russian friends are more divided than my American friends. But in Russia you can't really rock the boat or you go to prison for a long time. So they're very cautious about what they tell me. There are many Russians that believe every single thing the government tells them, and of course there are Americans that do that too. But the best thing to do when media or government tells you something is to ask yourself what they have to gain from telling you that and if they have anything to lose by not telling you that. Remember governments and media operate with fear tactics.
Look up Yuri Bezmenov interview in 1985 to get an idea of how Russian manipulation works.
Also remember that he's a former FSB agent and he fully understands that in order to sound like you aren't lying and to pass lie detector tests, you need to actually believe what you're lying about. He's not invading Ukraine for Nazis, that's just what he's telling you. Even a first year political science major can see that.

As Americans my wife and I found President Putin's interview with Tucker Carlson extremely enlightening on a great many levels, not the least of which was President Putin's walk through of Russia's history and the understanding it provided of the heart and soul of Mother Russia, the heart and soul that's seen in its people and their unabashed, undying devotion to their Russian Motherland.
As we rode along with you in this video and saw the birthplace of Russia through the lens of your camera and by way of your knowledgeable commentary, a great deal of Russia's history that President Putin outlined for all of us took shape in ways that otherwise we would not have understood nearly as well as we do now.
Having learned some years back that certain of my ancestors came from northern Russia long ago, ever since that time I've felt an attraction to Russia and it's storied history that makes me want to understand why Russia and America have arrived at such an adversarial relationship as exists today. That politics and it's malpractice in our country have exacerbated this situation is something that thoughtful people everywhere are coming to understand.
How can right thinking men and women from both nations reach out, as Tucker Carlson's interview with President Putin exampled for us, and not only share our thoughts, hopes and dreams for the world we live in, but pray for, support and encourage one another in the spirit of Christ our Savior as we seek ways to bridge the gaps that separates our two nations.
For the sake of the entire world, please keep up your efforts in bringing the story of Russia and its history to life, and be assured that by far most American's desire to see our two nations and the world at large come to a point or rapprochement and real understanding based on truth, on common sense, and commonly held ideals on which our world may yet be healed and its people walk forward in confidence into a far brighter future.

Also, with reference to the Tucker's Putin interview, which triggers this debate, Putin's story was far from objective. It sure contained factual elements, but it was all mixed in with tons of BS and misinterpretations, ever more so as we progressed from the paleogen to the present time. Actually by the moment Putin reached the Soviet era, the BS clearly dominated.

Putin's story is influenced by their history but not by the views of Western 'democracies'. Russia will never become a state according to a Western pattern.
They once hat twenty seven million casualties due to the Nazi army messing about there. Maybe that is why they are very suspicious about thirty Nato armies that gather in front of their gates.
Remember : A handful of Soviet weapons in Cuba were called a 'world crisis' with the cowboys becoming very fussy. We should not forget that.

Fun Fact: It was Russia who saved The Union during the American Civil War as they sent their Navy to San Francisco and New York when England and France were just about to enter the war on the side of the Confederates since London created the Confederates. France was already in Mexico making a spear head movement to resupply the Confederates and to open up a Pacific Theatre and to create a port in California. England already amassed 11,000 troops and growing stationed at their Northern Confederacies border now called Canada ready to open a Northern Theatre to divert Union troops away from their Southern Confederacy then to attack The Unions naval blockade. The Union would have been completely destroyed and annexed by those two great powers leaving the Confederates to exist as either a puppet state of London or to be fully brought back into the fold of the British Empire.
London was already courting (threatening/bribing) other countries to get involved like Spain while Russia was in talks with Prussia to ally with incase London was to intervene.
Seeing all of this Tsar Alexander II wrote a letter to Queen Victoria saying “If you enter in this war it will be a casus belli for all out war with the Russian Empire”. The stage was set for the 1st World War and Russia stopped it.
There is also a memorial in San Francisco for the
hundreds of Russian sailors who came off their Asiatic fleet ships that died while helping the city put out a fire that threatened to lay waste to it during the War.

    • @JPJ432
      @JPJ432 3 місяці тому +2

The Russian fleet also threatened to Shell Australian ports along with other British Pacific Colonies if Britain aided the Confederates. A confederate war ship spent a lot of time in Australian waters and was supported by the Australian public, some even signing on as crew members. This Confederate war ship laid waist to the US Pacific whaling fleet and is reported to have fired the last shot in the war. The name of the ship was called the CSS Shenandoah. Its surrender was at Liverpool England where Confederate Commander Bulloch was stationed
Russia also helped Thailand (Kingdom of Siam) maintain its sovereignty from being completely Partitioned/Annexed from the British and French around the same time. The very word Thai (ไทย) means 'free man' in the Thai language which is partially to thank to the Russians as they might have ended up being a colony or part of another country/colony if not for their intervention.

I agree with everything you said, except for the statement that in America, they have kept the truth from us. Our family has always had a desire to learn world history. And I have provided everything necessary for my children to learn the history of the world. Some became History Majors in college even and authors. The study of history has never been kept from us in America. In America If one has chosen to learn of history, it has always been available to us To delve into to whatever degree we choose.
