- The road to success isn't always paved. It's a route full of ups and downs. It's a wild ride off the beaten track.
7 days - 600 kilometers - more than 19.000 meters vertical ascent. This is Bike Transalp.
It's a legendary race. It's a classic amongst the mountain bike marathons. It's a tough ride across the Alps. 1000 participants from 40 countries take on the vigorous challenge of crossing the Alps on their mountain bikes. Seven stages, three countries, relentless climbs and breathtaking downhills - the Bike Transalp is a must-do mountain bike race for pros and ambitious amateurs alike.
Music by Elegy Music, Owl Vision and various artists.
Love and Respect to the man from Costa Rica. Couldn’t get his name.
Great production, amazing race. You profiled the riders well, I wanted them all to win. Thank you for this.
Preciosa carrera y precioso reportaje
So excited/nervous about this seems very close now!
I don't know what Alp means in other languages but , "Alp" word means warrior with horse in Turkish language , and the word " Aygir " , which is the name of the highest point of Alp Mountains , means male horse in Turkish , the horse Aygir is different than other mail horses as it is used to have healthy baby horses from female horses , so the Aygir name really matches with the appearance of highest point of Alp Mountains .
Problem with these endurance races is they all howl to be the toughest!! Just be a challenge we all train hard for and hope to finish.
Awesome! Great adventure!
My dream is one day to participate in this event :)

Song at 7:50 anyone???? Amazing!
Certainly not a mountain bike race - from this video it is more of a road race on mountain bikes on the occasional gravel road.
Annoying film, annoyingly shot with awful music.
