I'm sorry, but that's the worst looking kebab pizza I've ever seen. And I've had hundreds of them over the years. Only maniacs put the pizza salad on top of the pizza. It's intended to be a sort of side dish. Also, the pizza maker is an amateur as there's no crust on the pizza. My guess, you ordered from the pizzeria closest to you and got a random crappy neighborhood pizzeria. As we say in Sweden... Do again, do correct!
we eat alot of international food in sweden such as asian, European, american food. traditional swedish food is more commen at home during family holiday's or home cooked on a daily basis. but lunch restaurants and genuine swedish restaurants serv swedish foods. cafe's use to have swedish Pie,swedish sandwiches and sweets like västerbottenpaj, skagenröra roast and sandwishcake. some restaurants serv white piesoop and swedish pancakes as desert on Tuesdays.
You´ll have trouble finding a resturant that offers Flygande Jacob on the menu, its a classical swedish dish from 70s but not common to find at resturants. You´ll have to make it yourself, but its fairly easy to do and does not require alot of stuff. Banana, chicken, chili sauce or ketchup, heavy cream (vispgrädde), bacon and peanuts (optional). Served with rice. There´s alot of recipes online that are pretty straight forward. I hope you try it, its my favorite dish!
Pizzerias here differ WIDELY, some are great - some are nauseus... and yeah that was a sad looking kebabpizza - I love lots of fresh greens on top. (personally I like the curry+banana pizzas but I'm not pizzashaming anyone - we all have different tastes :)
Usually, you can get pizzas sliced up, but you'll have to ask for it in many places. Many pizzas have fairly many toppings and are saucy, so they're really impractical to eat by the slice though. I have a friend who puts the pizza sallad on top of the pizza, nobody else I know do that. Most often it's eaten while waiting for the pizza to be made. I've heard about kebab pizzas with fries and even lettuce on top, but at least in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Gävle, and Karlskrona/Ronneby, it's not the norm. I have had my fair share of pizzas all over, and I've never even seen it made like that. It's tomato sauce, kebab meat, and a sauce of choice (mild, hot, garlic...) oh and pepperonies.
In west and southwest Sweden, you find the fries on the kebab pizza, but they are usually separate. The one they name Kebab pizza does not have fries, and the variant with fries is usually called something like "Shotgun" or some other name.. so likely, that's why you haven't seen it on the version called "Kebabpizza".
That was the worst kebab pizza with vegetables and fries I haven't seen in a long time where is the iceberg salad? Change the pizzeria. And banana pizza is better with garlic sauce on it.
Grilled bananas are a great dessert. Try it with chestnut honey. (Kastanj) I had a sweet Pizza at an italian place, with pistachio paste. So they know sweet pizzas in italy.
It seems like some people are very peculiar with food. A kebabpizza is a pizza with kebabmeat, whether it has veggies or chips or sallad. Just like a burger is still a burger even if it has or hasnt cheese or bacon or lettice on it. So stop with this foolish "Thats not a real X!". There are simply variations of it. By the way, as a swede, im confused about where you live. At first it seemed like you lived near Tranås but now you talk about Avesta but your company seems to be located in Nyköping. It doesnt make sense to me.
I see that you live in Nyköping. I would recommend you to go visit Norrköping, we have way better kebab and pizza here and further south in the country. In Norrköping Pizzeria Napoli has been ranked as having the 2nd best kebab in the country so i really recommend it. It’s only like 50-60 kilometers away
Other countries think pineapple on pizza is a controversial food, but the banana pizza (and Flygande Jacob) are just nuts. In my opinion fruit in cooked food is a crime against nature. But if you like it, please enjoy. Trocadero is a classic. Not as popular to earn the title "...the CocaCola of Sweden..." as you put it, but it has survived over 70 years. Only recently the sugar free version you drank showed up. I think they are trying to make it more popular as several new variants have shown up. I'm a traditionalist, so I'm kind of ashamed that I *REALLY* like the new candy flavoured Trocadero Geléhallon. I'm not into the sweet stuff, but love it. If you like the original flavour of apple+orange, you can try mixing a dry apple cider with orange juice (without pulp) for a refreshing drink. If you can find a non alcoholic cider that isn't too sweet it makes for a great alternative to a glass of breakfast juice. Most Swedes seem content eating their béarnaise sauce only with a steak and fries. But in my opinion, it is the best thing when eating chicken and rice. My method when eating some grilled chicken and rice is to mix the sauce with the rice to make a sticky mess. It even makes it easier to eat too. But then again, I *really* like the sauce. I once didn't have anything that traditionally matched when cooking and ended up with a pork schnitzel, pasta and béarnaise sauce on my plate. It looked all wrong but tasted great. :D
Thanks friend! It seems I have messed up with the kebab pizza that I had no control over .. the problem is I don’t even know what a good one looks like haha! So the mission begins.. to find the greatest.. appreciate the support.. 😊
Change combination on the door, your sunglasses were reflecting the whole thing and a crazy stalker might come visit you, hopefully with a proper kebab pizza though..... Jokes aside, stay safe.
When i now know that you live in Nyköping i want to recommend you to try the pizza "Batman" (Gyrospizza) at KebabHouse with their hot sauce (i usually take one mild and one hot and mix 👍). The hot sauce is really hot but really tasty 😎👌💯
The only true kebab pizza is the one that is called "Ubåt" or "Viking", it's different depending on which pizzeria. It's shaped like a "vikings grave", with cheese baked into the crust, kebab, lettuce, tomato, cucumber in the middle, topped off with garlic sauce. No pizza salad. And if you do get it, please, don't slab it on top xD And you can ask them to cut the pizza into slices when you order :)
The pizza is not come cut because people eat it in different ways. My local joint got a new owner and they started pre-slicing them into eight parts, that did not even last a week because everyone complained. Personally I cut it into 4 pieces, fold and eat it that way. If you are brutal, fold twice and stuff your face with pizza'ey goodness.
Most pizzerias will slice the pizza if you ask them to do it, I have no idea why it is not standard, but it simply isnt, ask for "slajsad" (a weird slang term on sliced, most will understand the english term too though) I.E. "Kan jag få den slajsad tack" when ordering
In the future, they will wonder how we managed to slice the pizza and then get it into the box without making a mess. Just like we wonder how the ancient egyptians built the pyramids.
What a monstrosity of a kebab pizza.? Did they hate you? Have u hurt their family? What did u do to the pizza guy? Jokes aside, that looks bad to begin with and the pizza salad is usually just a side dish. Go to another pizzeria cus that looked so sad
Oh, no, you also say "taziki"? It's pronounced "Zat-ziki" :) You have to make Flygande Jakob, BUT with cashew nuts instead of peanuts!! Recipe: 7-900 grams of chicken breast 2 bananas 5 dl vispgrädde 1-2 dl Chilisås salt and pepper Cashew nuts, i'd say about 200 grams, more if you like cashews. Oven 200 celcius, (175 fan) Cut the chicken breast to smaller pieces and fry in a pan so they get some color. Then put them in an oven dish. Whip the cream in a big bowl, then add the chilisås to the cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cut the bananas and put them on top of the chicken. Add the Chilicream into the dish Top it off with the cashew nuts and then cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Eat it with boiled rice, preferably basmati. DELICIOUS. Thank me later :)

Troca is definitely the king of drinks in Sweden. Especially northern Sweden.
