As a someone who worked as a barista...never make your coffee like that again. I bet the milk curdles, for great ice lattes drinks at home get yourself either a mokka pot or french press brew ground coffee beans while that brews heat up your milk and froth that and not the coffee (this is for either a latte or cappachino). Pour the brewed coffee first then the frothed milk, for an iced latte just add your milk, ice, and extras like syrups. Enjoy great coffee at home.
