Need to move the front doors so they don't hit the furniture - doors should be closer to the coat closet. Make the dining table an island. Extend the porch so the furniture can be ON it and not sitting on a bed of gravel. With those changes, I'd buy it!

The front doots probably open out rather than in.

@@vernemmons8887 Yep, most "Tiny Homes" do that. Good call.

Another house to love. So nice on the outside and inside. Kitchen is perfect for me and living room is too. I love the light fixture. I always wanted one ❗ Great to have door in bedroom to the bathroom. Thanks 💕

Es una casa con ático? Tiene dos ventanas en una planta alta.

I would suggest making the laundry a stacker unit so the bathroom sink can be in the bathroom.

I like this home very much. 🥰👏
I'm going to have to watch it again to try to figure out if the heating cooling and hot water mechanicals are on this floor, or would be located in a basement. Unsure where the basement entrance is. I see a door inside, yet I thought was for storage? 🤭 🤷‍♀️
Thanks for sharing this video! ☺️✌️❤️🦋🙏

This is almost identical to another plan. The front door opens directly into furniture, so move it over to the empty spot near the coat closet. In this plan, the kitchen sink has been moved to make it more usable, but the severe lack of counter space persists. Make the counter L-shaped, ditch the cello, and put the table on that side. You can get more upper cabinets that way, too.

Beautiful house design.👌↗There's really many different kinds of styles of small houses of some are bigger than the other said small houses, but, each could be very much helpful, comfortable and or beautiful built is richness to live in for some peace and quiet and for some privacy that's required; but, to be honest, I'd prefer to live in a regular size house, not so small and not big, but, I think I could live in a small house just fine if were my only choice.

This so impractical; a totally useless design. No realistic mechanicals at all (power, water, HVAC). Storage over doorways without any way to reach them. Walls of unrealistic depth; not having insulating properties. Once occupied it would be like living in a RV for anyone but the most monastic dweller.
