How is it not legal to drive? As long as it has mirrors a horn lights and what not. You obviously have no clue what makes a vehicle legal to drive or not. I'll guarantee this is alot cooler than whatever you drive
Kansas doesnt have any emissions, inspections, or other regulations preventing you from registering anything you want so long as the feds dont say "no"
