11:42 first nucleotide is attached to the 3' OH not 2' OH. RNA primer is easier to make and primase itself is RNA polymerase! I appreciate all your content, they are very good.

According to lodish book dna pol epsilon is just for repair and in lagging strand we have pol alfa , you explained wrong

Yes, you are right Ms. Nasr.

Hi Beni, Pol ε is thought to be recruited to complete DNA
synthesis on the leading strand whereas pol δ elongates the
Okazaki fragments of the lagging strand, each using 3'→5'
exonuclease activity to proofread the newly synthesized DNA.
      Reference Material is
Lippincott’s Illustrated Reviews: Biochemistry Fifth Edition.
I apologize if its a wrong information.

    Hello
Isn’t the protein that prevent nucleotides attack in eukaryotics cells are RPA?

I am confused on the direction of two strands ,why google says that replication diraection on the leading strand is 5' to 3' but in video it is 3' to 5' plz answer my query i am really confused here 😅
