I love Nick, but the "Jets need to find a happy medium"-take is wildly inconsistent with the "Lakers have to go all-in"-take. The situations are somewhat similar, although with the difference that Bron/AD is of course a superstar duo, while AR is definitely not that. But roster quality-wise, they both fall into the middle-of-the-league range
I used to like watching undisputed when sharpe was on there, but this is the best sports talk show out right now and it ain’t even close.
It's honestly refreshing to hear a show where the panelists seem to enjoy each other. They're never really aggressively yelling, never overheated or angry. Just plain fun

I am confused as to what Nick wants the Jets to do. It's pretty obvious Daboll doesn't like DJ and it doesn't take this comment to know that. Why else would he leave DJ on the field to get destroyed in the 4th quarter of the 40-0 blowout to the Cowboys last season after pulling all the other starters. That was also the first game of the season coming off their playoff year so all the more it shows he never liked him. Schoen and Daboll see eye to eye with most things but I don't think DJ is one of them.

as a giants fan I knew when we signed him we would be in this position, yes he won us a playoff game but he never once showed that he could handle the work load, he’s one of those players that needs everything to be perfectly in place to win but the NFL is not and will never be like that. Pressure is all on Daboll. If Jones starts season and wins, Jones gets credit. If Jones loses, Daboll HAS to switch qb QUICKLY to save his coaching job. Giants have not shown much talent or will to win from top to bottom and they won’t make playoffs this year either. Daboll is overrated…he loses more than he wins.
He’s already made however many millions playing football. There are a lot of guys who want to make that, and are simply better than you at playing football, on their way to the league. Who cares how he feels? Irrelevant
