When I use the glass bottle the second time . Should I wash it and then pour the serum ? Or just pour out the old one ? It’s confusing . When can I do the second treatment after first one ?
I know their website is not very cleaner .. I wash with hot water and lets air dry xoxo
Why, after 20 minutes of stamping, is the same amount of serum still in the bottle. I could stamp my face for hours and nothing appears to be coming out - the level never goes down. I gave up and did it on my hands during an hour-long episode of Dateline, and still had the same amount in the bottle. My face never appeared to be wet or glistening like in the videos, I don’t see how anything is coming out.

Make sure to put it upside down for 5 mins and for the first few stamps it didn’t have anything come out for me, but if I keep going it eventually worked in a few more stamps.

Question from someone who is certified from brands like skinpen/crown aesthetics - how is this actually effective? Different skin needs different needle lengths, as deep as 1.25mm, a certain amount of passes, and often needs thousands of micro channels to be created for the treatment to actually do anything. At .25mm, maybe areas like forehead but it's basically a waste on cheeks and especially skin with texture which is one of the best candidates for this treatment.
The stamping mechanism is so limited. It's like 5 shallow micro channels per stamp.

There is sealer in the top .. you can just remove it

I tried to turn the infusion for about half hr but still no serum comes out. There's here and miss...sometimes it works sometimes not takes a long time to get the serum to comes out. I'm thinking to buy another brand to try it.

I found you have to press on evenly on the skin so the serum will come out. I would suggest you reach out to QURE for more info or Supprt xo
I found a dial in the lid of the needles that if I turn counterclockwise the serum comes out.

I had to put half the bottle on my face after stamping for 20 minutes. So angry at the designer
I had the same problem at first , but the second time I make sure I tilt my face sideway lol ,,but I do agreed it can be better xoxo
